6 people present for dinner, 4x HP and 2x à la carte. Waiting almost 50 minutes for the starter (soup) and the same time for the main course. Drinks, just wait until they find some time elsewhere. And price/quality is also lacking. Make a big turn around this restaurant. Glad we chose another stay after seeing the photos of the rooms.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 days in June and were very satisfied with 15 people, 4 others apparently not. But yes, doing good for everyone is difficult at this time. Excellent breakfast, certainly enough choice and dinner also top. Julie certainly did her best. Choice of 2 snacks every day. once snitzel. then spaghetti everything freshly made, 3 types of sauce. then once the curry sausage and hamburger also very tasty. and then the barbecue that was certainly finished. and then in the evening the Irish coffee, hey, that went down well. and all this for very democratic price, keep it up, I would say. also a plus point, large garage for the 19-motor bicycles. Hopefully we can come back.

We have just returned and had a very good experience with the hotel staff. 3 weeks before, we had to cancel on the last day due to circumstances, but we were able to reschedule it to a date of our choice at no cost. the surprise menu is fantastic, Mrs. starts cooking at 1 o'clock in the afternoon, she cooks with love, you can taste it. Also a delicious breakfast buffet. They also take the time for a chat. The hotel also has the Sauerland Summer card, with all kinds of free outings.

Booked a hotel through Stelvio Motorreizen for a three-day motorcycle trip in the Sauerland. Nice hotel with great service, good food and clean room. Motorcycles could be stored in the garage.

Upon arrival, first of all, we received one room less than agreed, with a group of 19 people.Breakfast very simple!Dinner always consisted of a '3-course menu' where cost was the decisive factor.Gemüsesuppe with crispy sausages in 🤔.Currywurst or hamburger with friesSpaghetti, mustard soup.As a group of 19 motorcyclists, a HUGE amount of consumption was consumed during the 4 days!The taste of whiskey was very hard to find in the Irish coffee.In addition, you lose the drinks paper on which your consumption is indicated.In the event of loss, a lump sum of €150 will be charged!They simply pretend that their nose is bleeding and they pass it on to someone else and charge this amount without batting an eyelid. SCANDALOUS!It is very unfortunate that this Dutch couple propagates the cliché that the Dutch are stingy. And that people felt very much that they were acting very cost-consciously, despite the exuberant consumption of the group that was present. Otherwise this could have been a much more pleasant stay.

The ladies, the service was very nice and everything went very quickly and well, fully catered to our wishes. The room is top notch and large with enough space for a dog. New bathroom, great large shower cell. Breakfast was very rich on Sunday with extra delicious asparagus rolls and fresh Jockurt with strawberries. The 3 course menu was excellent. The soups are so delicious. Spicy meat with sauces. Homemade Aofel cake. The 6 of us were totally satisfied and would love to come back

Not a place to feel comfortable.The large bathroom with shower and bathtub was positive.Unfortunately, the negative things predominate and the pictures on the homepage show times long forgotten. We're not talking about high-level complaining here, but rather really negative things.Our room was quite large, but clearly showing its age. Some of the wallpaper was peeling off, the window was difficult to close and there was a musty smell.The main entrance door was broken. According to the note, caused by storm damage. Other assessments stated that the damage was already present in 2022. Can't be repaired in over 2 years?The food in the restaurant was fresh, but of poor quality. Tasty is different.The smell of cooking wafted through the entire house and accumulated in the hallways.Although the restaurant was always supposed to be open from 6:30 p.m., on the last evening we found ourselves in front of the locked door. So there was nothing left to eat. Since we were almost the only guests, it was assumed that we wouldn't have to open.The breakfast was sufficient. However, the supply decreased day by day. We didn't know about counting eggs either. There was only one for each guest.Construction sites could be seen throughout the hotel. Dismantled lamps, bricked-up passageways, etc.The missing crossbars on a balcony railing were shocking.The outside staircase, which also serves as an emergency exit, lacks lighting, so you can grope in the dark.In our toilet there was only one roll of toilet paper and it was already a quarter empty.The bar wasn't even open and was lined with chairs.When we checked out, we weren't even asked how we liked it or whether we had a nice vacation.Overall, one had the impression that the operators didn't have much fun with their work.Sad, but price and performance don't even come close here.We didn't feel comfortable and, above all, welcome.

Well-maintained German hotel run by a Dutch couple. Half board is recommended. The portions of the 3-course menu are sufficient. They take into account what you can or cannot eat. I took my motorcycle to explore the Sauerländer bends and was able to park the motorcycle in the closed garage in the evening. Beautiful roads and thousands of bends turned a midweek into a party.

For the simple souls who are not used to anything at home. 60's room, simple dinner of cheap food, flight plan that clearly states that if you arrive on the 2nd or 3rd floor. the only escape route is the access road (so you are like a rat in a trap). Noisy with nearby busy road. The plus point is that it is clean, and the area is of course great for walking, cycling, motorcycling, etc.
