Nice quiet hotel with great rooms.Hosts were friendly.Breakfast was rich and good.Beautifully landscaped with great hiking trails and cycle paths.We were satisfied and will definitely come back 😊

We went there to eat and we found the prices extremely high.The wine and food were very tasty, the service was very friendly, but we didn't get full.Pan of sheep's cheese for almost €15 was so small that it could only have served as an appetizer.Water, 0.5L, €3.50!!Too bad

Very unfriendly welcome upon arrival. No drinks at 31 degrees because there is a village festival! Canceled the hotel straight away and booked another one. …

The prices rose very sharply😳There is still a lot of room for improvement in service.Portions could be larger for these hefty prices...Still, it was nice and tasty :)

Great hotel with nice hosts.The hotel rooms are very modern and of high quality and the bathrooms are state of the art.Everything very clean and tidy.Attentive housekeeping (thanks for providing a second pillow without being asked).The breakfast is of very good quality and there is also enough parking space!All in all a full 5 stars.Lg

We visited with friends for a weekend in October. The rooms 24/25 are very well furnished with wooden furniture and wooden floors, the bathroom is also very nice with a walk-in shower. The breakfast buffet is small, but good quality. A few additional little things like salmon, fruit salad or croissants would have been nice, in keeping with the price of the night.The wine tasting in the evening was very well moderated by the host, the wines were very good.Basically we liked it, but the Franconian humor takes some getting used to and in some places it would be nice to be more cordial in dealing with the guests! A good winemaker is not automatically a good hotelier! The next generation will do better!

We had a very bad experience at this hotel. At arrival check in was handled remotely, no dinner was available. Therefore we cancelled the second night which led to incredible abuse and threats of legal action by the proprietor. The rudeness we experienced was unbelievable. These people should not be in the hospitality business.||John

Beware of this establishment. The proprietors engage in false advertising and are outright nasty when you decide to shorten your stay as a result, even threatening with legal action. Both Mr & Mrs Helmstetter have no business being in the hospitality industry.

We spent a long weekend in the Helmstätter family's Vinotel. It was a great stay in the best weather. Rooms No. 21 to 25 are very modern and lovingly furnished. The roller shutters automatically shade the room during the day when the sun is shining, keeping the room cool. The service cleaned the room every day and provided fresh towels if necessary. The breakfast buffet is small but nice. On request, scrambled eggs, fried eggs, etc. can be freshly prepared. The family-run Vinotel also offers wonderfully tasty, home-style cuisine and home-grown wine at certain times of the year (ostrich restaurant). When the weather was great, we were able to sit outside in the yard for a long time in the evening. The service was always friendly. There are sufficient parking spaces around the hotel. Miltenberg is a beautiful town in the immediate vicinity. We would like to thank the Helmstätter family for a great weekend and would love to come back!

Booking.com guests only third class - a shame about the beautiful hotel!Wonderful late summer weather, beautiful wine landscape, modern hotel and good breakfastUnfortunately as booking guests in the simplest room “Mainhelle” (with loggia facing the farm yard; 30% over room price on website). When the second best category (“random” with the booked price) appeared on the invoice, when asked, “Booking guests get what is still available; That’s the way it is with us!” Well then – an extra splash for continued good business! But no longer with us.

Winery with a Mediterranean atmosphere. Diverse dishes, extensive wine selection. My absolute favorite is the Pinot Gris with aromas of citrus fruits and passion fruit. Full on the palate with delicate spice, mineral and balanced. Nice like a vacation day.

We were warmly welcomed and had a simple, clean and tidy room that was in great shape! It was quiet and we slept very well. The breakfast buffet is small and tasty with homemade jam, various juices, very good fruit, etc. The baked goods were impeccable and we were able to choose from various egg dishes that were freshly prepared.
