We have from February 10th. stayed in the hotel until February 12th, 2024. We received a very friendly welcome. Our room number 6 (budget room, booked via boocking.com) was very clean and was completely sufficient for two adults and a child for two nights. The owners were always friendly and approachable. The breakfast was also completely sufficient. The price via boocking.com was good, but I recommend contacting the owners personally and getting an individual offer. We had nothing to complain about and our daughter felt very comfortable. Thanks for the good service!

We stayed at the hotel for one night. The rooms are quite simple but clean. Overall the hotel is in need of renovation. Nevertheless, we would choose the hotel again because the friendliness of the hosts and the great surroundings are unbeatable. We were warmly welcomed and given detailed advice when we had questions about excursion tips.

Price performance definitely fits here.We spent a ski weekend here and would definitely come back. The staff was very, very friendly and accommodating!!!The rooms were okay and clean; Absolutely sufficient for sleeping.The breakfast was also delicious.The location of the hotel is 10-15 minutes from the ski carousel by car.

I don't even know where to start with the positive reviews of this house. Starting with the reception through to breakfast. Every employee here in the house tries to give the guest an unforgettable experience. The rooms are very nicely decorated. And the hospitality of the house is indescribable. We'll definitely be back. If you come to Winterberg, then come to this hotel.

We were very optimistic and looking forward to our short vacation in this hotel because we wanted to spend our New Year's Eve there. Unfortunately we were quickly disappointed. Our previously booked room was simply no longer available, and after asking several times why it was no longer available, the only answer I got was that it was a difficult and busy time. We were supposed to have been given an equivalent room for the same price, but when we entered it we were shocked. Only half as big as previously booked, no double bed and a style similar to a youth hostel. Unfortunately no recommendation from us!

The hotel impressed me with its outstanding cleanliness and the optimal location in the immediate vicinity of a ski slope. The room was spotless and the cleaning staff ensured a flawless stay. The proximity to the slopes enabled easy access to winter sports activities and also offered an impressive mountain backdrop. The friendly service rounded off the positive experience. Overall, an unreserved recommendation for a successful stay.

I am more than satisfied and can fully recommend this hotel.The host is extremely friendly and extremely accommodating. The food is extremely delicious, the rooms are immaculately clean and the location of the hotel is simply great.The ski slopes are only a few minutes away by car. The landscape is breathtaking and we were even lucky enough to see alpacas on one hike.All in all a highly recommended experience – 5/5.
