We can highly recommend the campsite. It is lovingly cared for by the owner couple, who are always approachable. Overall, the facility is simple and clean, without animation, etc. An expansion of the sanitary facilities and the construction of a few small huts are planned for the coming year.What's great is that you can start hiking straight from here. In the entrance area there is a little house with sufficient information material and thanks to the Konus card you can use the train to Achern (and beyond) free of charge. There is a grocery store and several bakeries on site.

Very clean place on the outskirts of Ottenhöfen with very nice owners. Will be expanded further. Lots of information material in the small hut and a vending machine with drinks and more. Baker, butcher, small shop in town within walking distance.Lots of hiking trails. Good starting point for excursions. Natural swimming pool directly opposite. We'd love to come back!

We spent one night at this great little campsite. It is lovingly designed, the sanitary facilities are really very clean and the owner is very friendly. Thanks to the ticket machine, the time of arrival is flexible.We would love to come back!

Very nice campsite. Clean and inviting showers and toilets. Top location in a valley in the Black Forest near Ottenhöfen and a swimming pool as well as numerous hiking and cycling trails. Free access to local public transport. Vending machines with drinks and easy self-check-in. But... don't forget cash (coins for shower tokens)! Perfect for one or more nights in transit or as a holiday destination.

The campsite is very well maintained. There is sun all day but also enough shade. We didn't find the street leading past to be disturbing and it was quiet at night. The sanitary facilities are kept very clean and maintained. Small decorative details make the rooms non-bathrooms. For those who forget, there are a few hygiene products available in the rooms. Showering with the brand works well and the time is sufficient as the time only runs out when you let the water run. There is a drinks vending machine on site where you can also find small things for snacks or breakfast. The owners are very accommodating, helpful, very nice and very concerned about the well-being of their guests. We were there at the end of the season and enjoyed the space and the peace and quiet. It won't be the last time we're there. Thanks for the nice stay :)

A beautiful campsite. The owner is super nice.Everything is well maintained and clean. There are free products in the bathroom (ladies) and you can also use the hairdryer for free.Pitches are large enough and well maintained.We'd love to come back.

We arrived without a reservation during the holiday season and found an almost empty place.We paid via the machine (24/7 check in).Convenient since we arrived late.The next Monday we were greeted very nicely by the operator at the parking space. He asked if everything was okay and said we should pick up the spa card.After a tour of the site, we met the owner, she gave us the map and gave us a detailed introduction to the area.It was clear that she really enjoyed showing and explaining everything to us.The place and the surrounding area are worth a trip!We got so much information about the hike that we could have stayed for a week.It was quiet at night, we stood on the upper terrace without electricity.Showering costs €1 for 5 minutes, like almost everywhere.The shower is a bit strange, hot and cold are swapped (but labeled) the pressure fluctuates and so it is sometimes hot and sometimes cold. The containers are lovingly furnished and hygienic items are also available. Everything was extremely clean at all times.There was always enough toilet paper!I can't say whether the number of toilets, showers and sinks are sufficient if the place is full.During our time with the almost empty space there was no problemAnother thing worth noting is the vending machine with eggs, butter, wine and beer, so if something is missing you can quickly buy something there.The baker and butcher is about 15 minutes away on foot.

Ideal location to explore the black forest. Very accessible routes for children from the town itself. The stay includes entry to the natural pools that are right in front and train travel (station 10 minutes away). Very very friendly staff, good atmosphere. Very clean services.

A great campsite! The location is fantastic, and I enjoyed the area for several days. The outdoor swimming pool across the road is highly recommended. Reservations are easy via a machine, so you can go straight through. The sanitary facilities are always spotless, thanks to daily cleaning. The campsite has a limited number of pitches, which are well spread out, which ensures optimal peace and quiet. The owner is friendly and involved, and the accommodation costs are very reasonable. There is even a vending machine with delicious beers and wines at reasonable prices. This was without a doubt my favorite place to stay of the entire Black Forest holiday!

This campsite is a surprise. We went without a reservation, the man who attended us found us a place for two nights. He was super friendly and efficient.With the camping ticket they give you a day pass to the town's swimming pools, which are right in front of you and are super, super good.Highly recommended

An absolutely great campsite. Very well maintained & clean! Check in and get cool drinks easily from the machine. I'm not sure if it's suitable for children. If you are looking for peace, relaxation and nature, you have come to the right place. Thank you & see you soon.Were here for the second time. Totally thrilled again. Small but excellent transit campsite. Sanitary facilities are small but super clean. No enclosed shower room, but all necessities are available.
