Such warm hospitality from the landlord couple Maltan makes the holiday a feel-good stay from the first minute.We really enjoyed our vacation in the mountaineering village of Ramsau in Berchtesgadener Land and especially in the Alexandra guesthouse.We were there in the summer, but we are sure that it is a fantastic holiday home in all seasons.100% recommended!

Our experience with the apartment was excellent. The facilities are very clean, modern, well-equipped and lovingly furnished.The location is ideal, you can easily reach everything by car/bicycle, be it shopping, restaurants or excursion destinations. Nevertheless, the holiday apartment is in a quiet location.The landlords were very friendly and helpful. Everything went smoothly. The Alexandra guesthouse is highly recommended and we would like to spend our vacation here again.

We felt very, very comfortable. We had apartment number 3. It was furnished exactly to our taste. Nothing was missing. The location was great.The Maltan family are so loving and were always there when you had a question. We'd love to come back.

We spent two wonderful weeks in the Alexandra guesthouse / Fewo 3. Absolutely nothing was missing. The apartment is lovingly furnished to a very high standard and is ideal for hikes. A baker can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Our landlords, Mr. and Mrs. Maltan, are the nicest, most helpful and most lovable landlords that I have had the pleasure of getting to know in over 30 years of vacationing in the Alps - always approachable, giving us great hiking and excursion tips and putting their heart and soul into the well-being of their guests ....it was very difficult for us to say goodbye.

A super lovingly furnished holiday apartment. You can see the attention to detail. The holiday apartment was recently renovated and was super clean. The Maltan family was a great host who managed to turn a holiday apartment into a second home. We were treated very courteously. We also received great advice about planned trips. We spent a few days of winter vacation in apartment 2. The Maltan family gave us a very friendly welcome. The apartment was already heated nice and warm. It is comfortably furnished, very cozy and decorated with attention to detail, everything you need to feel really comfortable is there. The Maltan family always has good tips for a successful holiday and they are very warm and attentive hosts. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely come back!

Our holiday in the Alexandra guesthouse was great, just as you would hope. You can use various hiking trails directly from the holiday apartment. A bakery can be reached within a 5-minute walk, and the center of the beautiful town of Ramsau is about 15 minutes away.We felt very comfortable here, which is particularly due to the friendly, attentive and helpful landlords. You feel immediately taken in, almost like a family welcome. We can only recommend this accommodation, we would be happy to come back. If there was an opportunity to give 6 stars, it would be done here.

We were allowed to be guests of the Maltan family from August 1st to 11th, 2022 and would like to thank you again for the wonderful days. Everything was PERFECT!!! We can recommend the Alexandra guesthouse 100%. The Maltan family as hosts are wonderfully warm and friendly. We had apartment 3. The furnishings in the apartment and in the entire house are coordinated and chosen with love. Everything is super clean. The location is perfect because you can start many hikes from the house and you don't need the car. Our evenings on the balcony with the sound of the Ache and the view of the mountain were so beautiful. It is a beautiful piece of earth with great nature all around. We were guests in the Maltan family's holiday apartment from June 25th, 2022 to July 2nd, 2022. When we arrived, the Maltan couple stood at the door and greeted us. From then on I immediately felt very comfortable. The apartment was the best we had booked so far. The interior design was coordinated. Nothing was missing. The house is located directly on the Ache, which seemed very loud to us at first, but you quickly get used to the sound of the stream. You can start many tours from the apartment, whether short or long. Mr. and Ms. Maltan not only greet your guests personally, they also say goodbye to them personally. Even if it's 5 a.m. in the morning. So in short. We can without a doubt recommend the Maltan family holiday apartment, which we will do.

Great accommodation, nice hosts, great location on the hiking trail.We spent a lovely holiday in the Alexandra guesthouse, apartment 2, in mid-July.The location is very good, right on a hiking trail to Hintersee or in the other direction to the mountain or to Königssee.There is a very good bakery a few minutes' walk away, so that the bread rolls for breakfast are always guaranteed.The very nice hosts gave us some tips for our hikes so that we were able to discover some nice places away from the Komoot tours.Full recommendation from us.

Unfortunately, we had to leave early due to the lockdown in the district, but we can also, and perhaps even precisely because of this, fully recommend the Alexandra guesthouse. Everything just fits! Clean, modern accommodation and apartments furnished with great attention to detail. For the Maltan family, despite the great dynamics in the new/old crisis situation, it was natural to react proactively, to provide comprehensive information and to refund the rent without any problems or hesitation. One thing is certain: if we go to Berchtesgaden again next year, which is not unlikely, we will book an apartment with the Maltan family. Thank you for your great hospitality.

We stayed in this beautiful holiday apartment that leaves nothing to be desired. The apartment furnishings are an A+, very, very nice. Location nice and quiet. Holiday apartment owner incredibly sweet and nice. You feel like you're very comfortable. The only note that doesn't deduct a point is that there should be a second selection of pillows and duvets (microfiber). Personally, I don't like feather pillows or blankets. But that's just my personal opinion and is not a criticism. We would book here again at any time.Best regards
