Very nice apartment and super nice hosts. The farm is beautiful and there is a lot on offer for children, I can only recommend it.

My best childhood memories

We came as a group of friends to relive old study times. Right at the beginning we were greeted by the very nice and warm hostess Anja and shown around the apartment.The apartments are very comfortably designed and everything was extremely clean and comfortably warm (stay in October).The holiday farm is located on a hill and you can really enjoy the view there. It is also very quiet because the house is the only one for miles around.During the day you can visit the animals (goats, dwarf ponies, chickens, rabbits). The animals are all very cute and can be petted if you are nice and careful. If you like something a little more action-packed, you can let off steam on the huge trampoline.In the evening we made ourselves comfortable at the large fire pit with homemade stick bread and let the evening end.There are many opportunities for hiking in the area, but this time we took it easy and stopped at a secret self-service bar while walking.All in all, it was a really great weekend and we will be going back to Ramselhof next year!

We have been going to the Ramsel for over 20 years and have taken turns renting the holiday apartments.Both apartments are well equipped, clean and cozy. We ate breakfast either on one of the balconies or at the large table on the lawn. You have a wonderful view of the Swabian Alb. Trips into the surrounding area on foot or by car are always worth it. The tips from the neighborhood landlords (Anita and Ernst) about new developments in the area were always helpful. We first spent our vacation on the Ramsel in 1997 with our sons (then 2 and 4 years old) and we still go there. Even our adult sons, now each with their partner, go on holiday there with us. So a vacation spot for the whole family. The Ramsel is quiet and idyllic at 740m above sea level. The town of Lauterbach, the town of Schiltach and the town of Schramberg are easily accessible. There are shopping options for every taste. .... and if you just want to sunbathe (there were always plenty of them) there are enough loungers available.If it gets too cold outside at the big table in the evening, you can retreat to the pavilion sheltered from the wind and still enjoy the evening twilight. We were often able to observe game at the nearby edge of the forest.Conclusion: Whether alone, as a couple, as a small group of friends or as a family, the Ramsel offers a relaxing holiday for everyone who can enjoy peace and quiet. There are also plenty of opportunities for “action” in the area (zipline, mountain bike trails, brewery tours, various festivals, etc.)We remain “repeat offenders”. The Ramsel is our retreat!

We really enjoyed the holiday. We totally relaxed. The Wöhrle family was also super nice and hospitable. We will definitely vacation there again.

Very nicely located, accommodation very well maintained, landlord very friendly, open-minded with bread roll service in the morning, which can be ordered the evening before. Only recommended. Very suitable for children!!!

There is only one thing for us to say here....the good Lord has kissed the earth and that is where the RAMSEL is.Idyllic, quiet, enjoyable, natural, a place of power for us. Great well-kept yard, just a break from everyday life. Apartment very large and clean, everything you need is there.Bread service is available.The hostess is very friendly, fair prices for the property, we would come again.Animals could be a little more or offers for e.g. milking cows, walking ponies... - but this certainly couldn't be offered in such detail due to Corona.It is absolutely sufficient for a short trip with children. Traveling without a car is not recommended or hardly possible.
