We were on holiday in the Black Forest for the first time and wanted to take a holiday apartment with childrenWe can only say how excited we were about the Schillingerhof.The location, the hosts, the animals were so perfect.You can relax here in peace and enjoy time with the familyEverything is there for childrenFrom the trampoline to the poolEspecially, of course, riding the pony and driving the tractorWe took the bread roll service with usIs worth the moneyPerfect rolls and fresh from the small bakeryWe would like to thank Ms. Schmieder againWe'll definitely be back

We would like to thank the Schmider family very much for the wonderful time at the Schillingerhof! It was an all-round successful holiday for us as a family with fantastic nature right in front of the house, lots of animals for our children and a peace and quiet that you rarely find. The farm is located in a valley and you are in the middle of the nature of the beautiful Black Forest. Wolfach is a good starting point for excursions and offers a lot! The Schmider family welcomed us warmly and we immediately felt at home. Great hosts who deserve more than 5 stars! Everything was taken care of so lovingly and you always have someone to contact! Clear recommendation from us! Anyone who criticizes that the reception or WiFi is poor should simply put their cell phone away and enjoy their vacation!

Beautifully located holiday farm near Wolfach...ideal for families with small children...various play options: great pool, large trampoline, playground, children's vehicles...plus ponies, donkeys, goats, rabbits to feed...plus helpful and very friendly hosts ! Highly recommended!

We went to the Schillingerhof 5 times in a row during the summer holidays where my children were even younger.It was always a wonderful time we spent there and I can only recommend it to every family.Warm greetings from Mannheim.

Great place for families with children. Very remote (no mobile internet, fortunately WiFi) in a spectacular location in the middle of the mountains, in a valley next to a stream. The heated swimming pool was very nice on the hot days. Several BBQ spots for which bags of charcoal are freely available and the baker brings fresh rolls every morning. Our apartment was fully equipped with a view of the playground and swimming pool.There are pony and tractor rides several times a week.All in all, highly recommended!

Thank you for a wonderful, relaxing week over Christmas. The area and its landscape are simply beautiful. There was also a lot to experience and do in the area over the holidays. We felt very comfortable & welcome. Mrs. & Mr. Schmider are super warm hosts and very child-friendly. The apartment was very clean and we didn't miss anything. We'd love to come back! Very nicely located and clean yard with lots of play options. The ground-level trampoline and heated pool are perfect for the children. There are several barbecue areas so you can always find a spot. The lack of a mobile phone network ensures maximum relaxation (Wi-Fi available).

We had a wonderful week at the Schillingerhof. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. A paradise for children. There are goats, cows and ponies. Pony rides for children are offered twice a week. Our apartment was very well equipped, clean and well laid out. The outdoor area offers a fire pit, barbecue areas, children's play equipment, a trampoline and a pool.Clear recommendation! We'd love to come back!

Our vacation at the Schillingerhof was very relaxing, just as we had hoped. The Schmider family is very, very nice and attentive. The apartment was extremely clean and well equipped and the bread roll service was really great. The large pool was a special highlight for our children, but they also loved the lovely and very cuddly goats (and me too 😊).We say thank you and hope to see you again!

We felt very welcome on the farm. Our apartment was very nice and clean. The whole farm is particularly inviting for children to explore. We spent hours on the big trampoline. Ms. Schmider is a very friendly and approachable host.

We had a wonderful time! The Schmider family warmly welcomed us to the farm and showed us the apartment. The family was happy to take their time and respond to our wishes. We immediately enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. The location in the middle of the Black Forest is a great starting point for excursions, as almost all spots can be reached in an hour. Our little one had lots of opportunities to keep himself busy. The bread roll service was also great, starting the day with fresh bakery rolls. Thank you very much and kind regards!
