Were just invited to a wedding there. We were really looking forward to it because we used to always eat well there, but apparently there's a new chef there. The conclusion at our table was accordingly clear. The soup was watery, the sauce from the surbraten seemed to be burnt and then diluted with water and cornstarch, the fish was oversalted and rubbery, and the schnitzel was also black in places.Next time we would probably leave the wedding for a moment and go out to eat somewhere else...

The brewery inn Eck is, I would almost say, a time-honored address among the traditional restaurants in my area. Since I live nearby, I stop by every now and then and it's always worth the detour! First of all, praise for the attentive and always friendly service, who always checks to see if you have anything else you want. The pub and beer garden are beautiful and invite you to simply forget about time and stay longer. The beer garden in particular is really one of the most beautiful in the area! The “Wilderer Dunkel”, a dark beer, is a house specialty and you have to try it! The absolute highlight for me this year was the roast ox! A dream! Will definitely stop by again soon!Florian Daffner / Geiersthal

Nice beer garden, nice buildings! Food came quickly. Unfortunately, in my opinion, only 'sufficient' for a €31 fillet roast, as the cooking point was not met, it was not seasoned and the onions tasted rancid. Schnitzel tender, but breading still partly light/mushy. The brewery apparently only has two varieties, as everything except light/dark comes from Falter.
