Very nice, idyllic place, stream nearby... children and dogs like to try it out...Sanitary facilities near the restaurant could need a little more care, but are probably under construction...What, in our opinion, is not possible and is no longer up-to-date: payment can only be made in CASH and there is no bread roll service offered...so you have to take precautions and shop in Edeka, 2.5 km away...we have that as a disadvantage felt...

It's a nice facility, but it's a shame that the guests are so unfriendly. Was there again for a long time, today it was very pleasant, very friendly and even gave me coffee and water even though it was still closed ☕

Beautiful, nice campsite. Much renovated after the floods of 2021. Friendly owner. Excellent sanitary facilities, showering with a kind of prepaid card. You can enjoy a delicious meal in the restaurant at the campsite.

Hi me and my family was staying in the camping and we went over to the restaurant to get some food and while we where there my little girl who is 5 years old was playing with the napkins the old lady came over and slapped my child across her face when I asked why did she slap her she said she never touched her and all the staff took shouting at me and to leave there restaurant there was a print of a hand on my child’s face 😡😡😡😡😡😡this is on camping I will never be going back to

Super nice place with a really nice owner. Sanitary facilities clean and good. Not very big, but completely sufficient!! We stood relatively far back, right on the river with a beautiful view!! We'd love to come back.

Camping heilhausermuhle, we are here during the May holidays. We like it here very much. Beautiful, playfully designed campsite. Not straight forward. New sanitary facilities, really neat. Please note that there are 2 sanitary blocks downstairs. The one at the entrance is more spacious and larger. You pay for showering with a card that you top up at reception. You will get back any leftover money. In addition to the basic rate for steam, you also pay for the actual use. One place is a bit larger than the other. Beautiful near streams or the Prüm river. Owners neat, friendly and correct. Yes, you pay for electricity and use of hot water, but the basic rates are lower than many other campsites in the area. And even cheaper for us. The campsite is easily accessible. The road is newly constructed, renovated. Please note that we are in pre-season. And I don't know if it can be compared to the main season. Nice base for visiting Trier, Teufelsgebirge, Monschau, etc. Wifi is free and good at the entrance. 4/5G is good at the campsite itself.
