The Strauss family was already in front of usArrival with information about the region on the page. Helpful and very uncomplicated, our stay in the Strauss holiday apartment started before we even arrived. Loving furnishing details and a well-kept and super nice apartment awaited us. We didn't miss anything, we enjoyed the balcony facing the botanical garden and had a great time. Gladly again and highly recommended.

We chose the Strauß holiday apartment for Christmas '23 and were able to spend a wonderful holiday in Christmas-like Eschwege.Even before we arrived, the Strauss family provided us with all the information we needed. Upon arrival, the keys were handed over personally and we were shown through the apartment during a very pleasant conversation.There were three of us (two adults + children) and we were immediately impressed by the apartment.A great location paired with very comfortable and high-quality furnishings/equipment, great!We will definitely book this holiday apartment again.

We (4 sisters from the north) felt very comfortable in both apartments! The whole house makes a very good, professionally run impression, the ambience is very appealing and everything is prepared with great attention to detail. The kitchenette is modern and functional, the beds are comfortable, the rooms are spacious and the range of drinks (mainly wine) fully suited our taste! The "first aid kit" with coffee and tea that we found was very lovely.The view of the botanical garden from the balcony is awesome!We also really liked the area around Eschwege with the many gardens, the lake and the leisure activities, there is something for everyone. The city itself with the many half-timbered houses and the small but very nice city center met our taste exactly.We felt completely comfortable!!!!

The next time I stay in Eschwege I will rent an apartment from Strauß at the botanical garden again. Everything went smoothly. The apartment has been recently renovated and is very nicely furnished. We had breakfast on the balcony every day with a view of the adjacent park and ended the day again. The location was ideal for us. Everything was easy to reach even without a car. Unfortunately there are no parking spaces at the house. But we were able to park nearby for free.

We were in Eschwege in late autumn with the best weather and enjoyed the fantastic view of the Eschwege botanical garden from the balcony of the Strauß holiday apartment. It was like “Indian Summer”... Eschwege and the Werra cycle path are ideal for exploring by bike. The apartment is very well located, you can easily reach everything. The quality and equipment are top, as is the communication with the landlords. Gladly again!

Very pleasant and quiet stay, despite being close to the street (very well acoustically insulated windows). Apartment is modern and sufficiently fully equipped. Drawback: the terrace area belonging to the ground floor apartment is freely accessible to other guests via the courtyard. Thanks to Mr. Strauss for a very interesting, private city tour. The location is ideal for various cycling trips on the well-maintained network of paths in the area.We will book again at any time.

The equipment of the Strauss holiday apartment is of very high quality and leaves nothing to be desired. The old brick house was recently completely renovated. Everything is very lovingly and comfortably furnished. The landlords are warm, open-minded and offer free city tours or hikes in the beautiful Werra Valley for longer stays. We simply had a lovely time and can highly recommend the Strauss holiday apartment.

Holiday apartment Strauss is worth a trip! And Eschwege too, of course… The apartment, in the listed house, has been very stylishly renovated and has a nice central location. The landlords are very friendly and are always available to give tips on exploring the region.

A beautiful, quiet old building apartment with modern charm. In addition to the friendly and flexible Strauß family, we were very impressed by the price-performance ratio. The apartment offers plenty of space, peace and modern equipment.

A very nice, individually furnished holiday apartment, very clean. Warm atmosphere, drinks at fair prices in the fridge. Highly recommended as a stop on the Werra cycle path. When we are in the area again, we will try to stay with the Strauss family. Highly Recommended!!!
