Addendum to the answer from the operatorIt wasn't 1 p.m. when we arrived there together, me and my son, but 4 p.m. And it was agreed that my son could share a room with another teenager of his approximate age. Nothing was free for me. He should move into the room while I wanted to take care of the papers. 2 hours later my son was standing on the street with his suitcase because I couldn't answer my phone because I was in conversation. By the way, I could have paid for the room myself, no reason to put someone underage out on the street. Impudence and I still reserve the right to file a complaint about it and at the same time try to encourage other affected people to describe the experiences they have had here.

Booked a room and holiday apartment here for a family celebration. The rooms were newly renovated, nice and clean. The employee is very nice and helpful. The guesthouse is very close to the city center and a shopping market. We really liked the castle and the nearby public swimming pool. It was a nice short vacation and we will definitely come back.

......we would love to come backA very courteous and nice hostess gave us very good advice on all questions about Gotha. Breakfast was all very tasty, fresh and lovingly prepared. We slept wonderfully in the beds. The location of the guesthouse is also advantageous, with short distances to the city center and public transport. The guesthouse is very clean. Thank you again

I can't understand the positive reviews of this guesthouse in any way...The “holiday apartment” is a complete disaster!Not at all as described, the purest construction site, absolutely disgusting.When I entered the guesthouse I had the feeling of entering a flophouse, and the prices are ridiculous!The location is perfect, unfortunately there is nothing more positive to say.

I have been going there every year for fifteen years, even several times a year, especially in winter. Clean, well-kept rooms, very nice service, very good location in the city center and, most importantly, very affordable prices. I highly recommend it.

We booked the apartment for 4 nights. This did not correspond at all to the pictures and description advertised on the homepage. After a renovation, it is only half as big and is no longer really suitable for 5 people. Unfortunately we weren't even told this when booking.
