Simply a place you should visit in your life! A wonderful couple have created a very welcoming getaway from the hustle and bustle. Amazing breakfasts fueled our grandchildren for a full day in the countryside, with great walks learning about farming and animals in the area. The farm’s collection of serious geese, goofy ducks, wooly sheep and lots of chickens were a delight as well. Would love to go back again.

Family of 4, from Denmark - Our family stayed at Simple life Farm for two nights - Fiz and Anne are so welcoming and we truly felt relaxed and comfortable throughout our stay. Our kids (7yr and 4yr) loved it, and they picked up a few eggs for breakfast, was eating all the fruit and berries they could eat, and just hang around the garden and looking at the animals.The breakfast was amazing and in its own league - with a lot of homemade and local produced food.Wonderful stay. Just...go!

Our family enjoyed our stay at this lovely place. Anne & Fiz are very kind and made us feel at home. Our kids enjoyed spending time with little Taio who was happy to share his toys with them. The kids really enjoyed feeding the chickens and the sheep and collecting the eggs for next day's breakfast. Breakfast was great as well.

Me and my family had a brilliant stay at Simple Life Farm. The B&B was impeccably clean and the beds comfortable, and the hosts Anne & Fiz always made sure we had everything we needed and were so generous. The breakfast each morning was wonderful - plentiful fresh produce from the farm itself or other nearby farms and often freshly baked bread or scones from Anne. Upon arrival Anne had even baked us a gooseberry cake which was delicious. We were also able to use their BBQ outside and they did everything they could to accommodate us. The surroundings really were idyllic and it is fascinating and inspiring to see what Anne & Fiz are doing with their home and the land.

We live in a rural town in Derbyshire an I have never seen so much wildlife surrounding the house at Simple Life Farm. We had enough breakfast to last us all day and all local food, nothing was too much trouble for our host Fiz & Anne, very generous people.
