I hope I don't have to go back here. In advance, we had booked a half of the house with a more modern style (5a). Then the landlord put us in another holiday apartment (5b) on the grounds that it was already rented. Sure it's enough for sleeping, but the 5b isn't good for anything else. Because the packing oven was dirty, the ice compartment and the refrigerator were frozen over. In addition, the landlord avoided us in the house, i.e. didn't call us back and the like.

One star is still too many!We picked up the key at the address given and the lady who served us was very friendly :-)Although check-in was advertised as starting at 1 p.m., the apartment wasn't ready yet when we got the key at around 2 p.m., but the lady went straight there and checked everything again and was very helpful.But that was the only positive thing.When we arrived the theater started. The apartment did not correspond to the pictures we booked.It is a holiday home with 2 apartments. One apartment has been renovated and is equipped with new furniture, kitchen, floor coverings, etc. (This was confirmed to us by the lady and the apartment was already rented)The other apartment has not yet been renovated and everything is very old.So we were looking forward to the “newer apartment” not what we found.I am a very positive and honest person who doesn't like to write or judge negatively... but that was a catastrophe.When I called the landlord... told him about my concerns... politely asked if there was a mix-up... it wasn't the apartment I had booked... I was immediately accused of just wanting a price concession and he can't do anything. Pictures do not always have to correspond to the accommodation. And at some point he just hung up.The kitchen was ancient (it wouldn't have been a problem if it had been clean...) The freezer was completely frosted over and couldn't be closed. When you opened it, you had a complete layer of ice over the 3 compartments that you had to guess. You couldn't open any of the drawers.The oven was completely dirty, burned and the previous baking paper was still in there.The coffee machine as well... the dirt from the previous tenants was still drinkable, the pot hadn't been washed out.The microwave was dirty and had no glass plates. So therefore unusable.No trash can.We rented the apartment for 6 people. In the kitchen there was an ancient corner set for 5 people.There was no corner sofa in the living room (as in the picture in my booking) but only the small sofa bed.also an old, unfolded wooden bed in the living room.There was a dining area, but not the one I had booked.The games cupboard was open because it could no longer be closed. Was broken.The TV in the living room also didn't work.The bedrooms were there, but something else was nice.One bedroom was in the basement and very uncomfortable, the other bedroom was on the 1st floor.After 3 short conversations with the landlord... which were somehow always interrupted (he hung up)... he then said...If you are not satisfied, come back, get your money and leave the holiday apartment.We then spontaneously rented another accommodation and left again 2 hours later.It was a very short guest appearance at the Holzeder holiday home. Never again!

So the facility is an absolute disgrace. More like a catastrophe and dangerous to the public. The landlord is absolutely unwilling to compromise on the phone. On the contrary, he got loud and then simply stopped the conversation at some point and hung up.The siphon drips, the toilet doesn't flush, the refrigerator doesn't cool. It smells like beer and alcohol everywhere. And all of this was rented to a family with 2 small children under the age of 3 and when the outside temperatures were very high. Garden tools are just standing around so that a 1 year old got a deep cut (and he also had a very large guardian angel). This is absolutely negligent. There are also things like a bedroom in the basement with no natural light or very old furnishings. And the landlord is in no way willing to accommodate us. So my advice: stay away!
