I "slept" here one night and it was incredibly loud because of the very busy railway line, which was about 20 meters away. Really one of the cruelest nights ever... The rooms themselves are really finished, but it doesn't make sense to invest in this location. The noise remains.Unfortunately, it cannot be recommended at all.

Located directly on a country road and railway line, you wake up every half hour at night because a freight train passing through is shaking the house and its beds. It doesn't matter that the thin windows hardly absorb any sound or that the metal slatted frame is so sagging that you feel like you're lying in a hammock in bed. The room was tidy, but not really clean. Likewise the bathroom, which had a shower that you can't really use if you're over 1.80 meters tall without hitting your head on the ceiling. And then charging €50 for it borders on usury. You'd better look for something else in Bad Kösen.

I've read through a lot of complaints. But I have to say that everything is the finest. This is more than fine for construction workers or travelers who want to visit someone. Top service and rooms are small and individually furnished. Super

Anyone who rents a room here is just crazy. The rooms were dirty, the bathroom was disgusting, the whole house was shabby and completely outdated. Breakfast (a sandwich including coffee) is served the evening before. Actually 5 stars minus. The last

One star is still too many. After you arrive you are told that you don't have a booking. The guest gets the blame. So you look like a liar. The guesthouse is dirty, dirty and just disgusting. You could have slept on an old couch in the open air on some kind of roof terrace where other guests would walk past. How remorseful is that?

We were there years ago, thank God it was only one night. Everything shabby and dirty. Ps. Bags don't go into the pot, but your food is served with chipped enamel. Maybe they should have invested money in new cookware. Unfortunately, according to the latest reviews, nothing has improved.

The area is great for cycling. Bed was clean, shower ok: if the steam-powered television bothers you, you should just cycle longer - or spend more than 20 EUR...🤑

Karin Hübner, the “grandma who cooks”, makes you feel at home. What she offers her guests is cooked with love and you can taste it.She meets friendly people very warmly and the joy of life that she radiates is contagious.A holiday in your guesthouse can also be a cure for your soul. The wonderful surroundings with Rudelsburg, Saaleck, Bad Kösen graduation tower, wine mile to Freyburg and a view of the kingdom of heaven do the rest.

Just disgusting!Dirty rooms, everything too old and worn out. There is only hand-holding and nothing is invested. The beds and the bathroom are an imposition! There was no rest or sleep there. Never again! !!

Everything was fine, we were guests for 4 days in September 2016 and felt completely at home with Grandma. Simple furnishings but everything was clean and tidy. Special requests were also taken into account for breakfast. Many greetings from Flöha
