I rented an apartment for my parents, who came to visit us. We live nearby.Both I and they were very pleased.They lived in apartment N3, (Deluxe Apartments).The apartment is located in an old house built at the beginning of the twentieth century, the walls are very massive, so on hot days the apartment remained cool. The apartment has two separate rooms and a separate, quite spacious kitchen.Freshly renovated, everything works, very clean, all sorts of little things are provided: tea, coffee capsules, garbage bags, dishwasher tablets, etc.The apartment is close to the tram stop, about 50 meters away. A grocery store and a household chemicals store are about 100 meters away.University clinic is about 300 meters away.The only drawback for people with mobility problems is the stairs. They are short, 8 steps, but in old houses they are rarely flat.

The location is ideal for excursions both in Essen and due to the connection to public transport. The holiday apartment is located on a side street and is very quiet despite being close to the university hospital.

Very nice clean apartment. There could probably be one or more shelves, for example in the bathroom. There is a small radio in the kitchen. Otherwise everything was there. From hairdryer, kettle, toaster, coffee capsule machine etc. We would book again and again because it is very centrally located. Easy to reach everything by public transport.
