A very friendly hostess. Wonderfully located in the city center and still very quiet. Very good starting point for hikes to the castle, Unstrut and vineyards. The larger apartment has two floors and is connected via a small, steep staircase. But you can also get up very easily on the outside.

As friends, we stayed in the guesthouse in the larger holiday apartment in October of this year. There definitely cannot be a recommendation. This apartment is an imposition. The smaller room has no window and only a folding door. The bathroom is getting old and we didn't use the kitchen. It smelled very unpleasant and the only way to get to the upper floor was via a staircase. This means you have to be very fit, young and healthy to get to the top. The three of us paid 164 euros for an overnight stay without breakfast!!! In this day and age, this accommodation is unbearable.

We were looking for short-term accommodation in Freyburg in the second half of October and found it in the Pension Meerboth.We even stayed in the largest residential unit of 3 apartments. and we felt arrived and at home from the first moment.Ms. Meerboth, the landlady, constantly cared about cleanliness and the well-being of the guests.There is not the slightest negative aspect that is even remotely worth mentioning.We were definitely not there for the last time and can definitely recommend this guesthouse 110%.Definitely a 10 star rating.Udo and Sigrid Singer

We lived in the small holiday apartment over Pentecost. The holiday apartment is not state-of-the-art, but is comfortably furnished. I reported any defects directly to Ms. Meerboth. We were able to park the bikes safely in the yard and the covered terrace also protected them from the rain. The seats on the terrace were ideal for relaxing.The location of the holiday apartment is central and very quiet.

We spent a lovely week in the guesthouse. The hostess was very warm and open to all questions and suggestions. It was very nice that we could safely park our bikes in the yard. And there was free parking nearby for the car. From Freyburg we were able to go on many beautiful bike tours.

I stayed in the lovingly run guesthouse for 5 nights on the occasion of my class reunion. The coziness and central location speak for themselves and I look forward to seeing the hostess again next year.

We rented a holiday apartment for the weekend. The accommodation is located on a quiet side street and yet very central. The landlady gave us a friendly welcome. We were shown the holiday apartment and the other usable facilities. Questions were always answered in a friendly and competent manner. You can park in the immediate vicinity.We can recommend the accommodation at any time.

The housekeeper is very friendly and helpful. The room was cozy and also had a romantic feel. It was very clean. Personally, I didn't miss anything, but you could certainly have just asked if necessary. We were here for Rotkäppchen's Sektival. The walk is short. The terrace in the courtyard is also very inviting. I can fully recommend this guesthouse!

Cozy accommodation in a quiet location in the middle of Freyburg. Bicycles can be parked in the yard. Parking lot in the immediate vicinity. Both the market and the Rotkäppchen sparkling wine cellar can be reached on foot within 5 minutes.

The furnishings in the rooms are getting old. We had a 3-bed room, with the 3rd bed in a windowless small storage room.The bathrooms also need to be brought back into shape!
