Spending a weekend in my old home with friends and staying overnight in the vineyard was the icing on the cake of our visit to Freyburg!!! We felt very comfortable in “The Little and Big Phylloxera”. The holiday homes are furnished with great attention to detail. The view of the picturesque town is magnificent!!! We can only recommend the holiday homes for a holiday in the wine town and the surrounding area!!!

We used our stay in the “Großen Reblaus” holiday home as a starting point for our tours through the Saale-Unstrut Valley.Whether on foot, by bike or by car... from here you can reach a lot of things worth seeing in a short time. And if you ever need a tip, the hosts are happy to help and advise you.We spent a great holiday here with our grandchildren in the vineyard. From the holiday home it was just a short hop to the playground with a seesaw, swing, climbing frame and sandpit on the property. We can only recommend this pretty spot and will definitely come back!

Vacation in Freyburg... wonderful. Two very beautiful houses with a children's playground and lots of space to run around... ideal for families! Unfortunately, the new sauna could not be used due to Corona, but it makes a very good impression.From the vineyard house or further up in the mountain you have a wonderful view of the wine-growing town. We have been guests here several times and can only recommend living in the vineyard! We'd love to come back!

We actually wanted to spend a nice weekend with the family in a cozy holiday home in the middle of the vineyards around Naumburg (our old home!). We were surprised for the first time when we were told that in addition to the rental price (which is not exactly cheap) there would be a deposit of 100 euros, of which the electricity tourist tax had to be paid. We hadn't read that when booking and have never experienced it when booking a holiday apartment. The next problem arose upon arrival. Access to the holiday homes is actually only possible with a jeep or car with high wheels and four-wheel drive and there are only parking spaces for a maximum of 2 cars at the top of the mountain. That was pretty annoying because we also had to bring our bedding with us and had to carry everything up the mountain. The holiday home "Riesling" can be booked for a total of 6 people, but it is very small, narrow, dark and a bit damp. We were happy to be just the two of us. Our conclusion: Price performance is not right for this property. For the same money, we would probably have stayed much more comfortably in a hotel or guesthouse in the area.

We spent wonderful days with friends here in the vineyard. The wine is delicious and the view is magnificent. The houses make a well-maintained impression, every time we visit. We have been repeat visitors several times and are always happy to come back.
