We had apartment 7 and it was lovingly furnished to make you feel comfortable. However, there should really be a maximum of two people, otherwise it is too small.

Met a nice house on a hill at the back of town. Dog friendly and quiet, but not really some walking trails. The house has several apartments, ours is in the basement with an ok small terrace no. 104. On arrival, the sheet was dirty with long black human hair and small black hair - perhaps from a dog. We had our own clothes with us - luckily. There were ketchup drips on the kitchen table. Glasses and mugs not clean. Shards of glass from a broken glass and a broken glass, on a dusty shelf. Disappointing first impression. Generally worn inventory. Ok kitchen but the most necessary. But no oven.Ok beds to sleep in, but the sofa bed was quite hard. We had to provide tea towels and cloths as well as toilet paper ourselves - we weren't prepared for that, but just bought some down in town. There is a playroom in the basement with a table tennis table and something for smaller children. 2 walls were soaked and the wallpaper came off the wall and the floor was wet. A real shame for an otherwise fine building. Can I recommend the place, hmm yes, if you want to stay away from the center and don't have children who need toys. But not a place we would consider again.

We had a lovely stay in apartment number 8. Nicely furnished with everything we needed. Small but nice. The only drawback - although standard for apartment rentals. - is that cleaning dishes is the guest's responsibility - and you will find yourself cleaning up bolo leftovers from your predecessor.Nevertheless, absolutely recommended and we would love to come back! :)

There are several holiday apartments here. We rented an apartment from Ms. Kraft. The small apartment is very cozy and very well equipped.4 ring stove, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, kitchen utensils, dishes, smart TV, WiFi, vacuum cleaner, cleaning supplies. The small bathroom is completely sufficient, there is also a hairdryer. The bed is very comfortable. In about 1.2 km there is a REWE with a bakery and ALDI is not far either.

Leiers, if you don't have a donkey, mountains like in Afghanistan, luckily I don't have an apartment there, how do the older people do it, hard corps, but slapping 50 million into the swimming pool, really hard.

I had personal business in Bad Sachsa and had to work from home on site. That went really well. Stable, fast WiFi! Is rare in the region. Big plus point. Rooms are completely ok - you can always argue about the furnishings of holiday apartments. The decoration of the bathroom is something for 70s/80s fans :-)Kitchen utensils are only sufficient. Not a sharp knife... Another plus point: powerful shower (which takes a while to warm up). “Service” gets points deducted because the handover of the apartment is very old-fashioned. Call when there, meet the landlady, hand over the keys. To leave, call the landlady again, inspect the apartment, hand over the keys. As nice as the lady was on both appointments, no matter how carefully you handled the apartment, you felt like you were being checked by the police. The handover is smarter these days. The location on the outskirts of town on the mountain with a view of Sachsenstein and Kutzhütte is chic.

Well-kept, quietly located holiday residence with a beautiful view. Our holiday apartment was friendly and nicely furnished and was advertised for up to 3 people, but the space is very limited. It would be okay for 2 people for a short vacation. Our third person was a 1-year-old toddler, it was simply too narrow and there wasn't enough storage space for clothes. There are enough crockery and cutlery, a microwave and 2 hotplates, a coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster, but unfortunately the kitchen does not have an oven (which really bothered us). We were also disappointed with the cleanliness. At first glance it was neat. Unfortunately, we quickly discovered that we only vacuum and wipe around furniture. Very dusty under the couch and under the bed, hair, dead small animals (flies, spiders). The high chair for the little one was not clean (wet wipe was dirty after wiping it on the frame) and certainly not disinfected. Improvement is definitely needed there! We were also missing a small bucket in the bathroom. We then improvised, bought garbage bags and used the mop bucket for them. It should also be ensured that if bed linen has already been booked and paid for, that it does not have any holes or anything similar. A big complaint, especially because it's about cleanliness and children, is the playroom. Spiders on the ceiling, cobwebs under the radiators and behind the small tent should be removed. The carpet, especially the corners and edges, urgently need a vacuum cleaner. The toys, the mats and also the table tennis table need to be wiped down and probably disinfected. After playing for the first time, we were disappointed at how dirty and sticky our hands were. Conclusion:We don't think that almost 500 euros for 7 days is justified and we wouldn't book there again. A pity.
