Perfect location to reach all attractions. For us, the visit was simply to relax and get away from home. The hosts are super nice and friendly. We were invited to all events such as eating tarte flambée and a barbecue evening. You are very welcome. The rooms are also beautiful. We would definitely come back at any time and thank you very much for everything.

I went there spontaneously with my motorhome.. great location with a beautiful view, nice hostess, a great breakfast on Sunday morning.. top sanitary facilities! Electricity, WiFi, fresh water and toilet disposal possible. What more could you want. You can tell straight away that the operators themselves are also campers.. ;-)And even the train line didn't bother us.Clear recommendation! I'd love to come back sometime, but then I'll have a bike with me.. ;-)

We were able to spend a week on vacation at the Wäldebauernhof. We felt welcome from the start. The couple who run it are very welcoming. The rooms are lovingly furnished. The breakfast buffet is very varied and is constantly refilled. The highlight are the 3 themed evenings, especially the Friday barbecue evening.Thank you Carola and Kalle for the great week with you, we will definitely be back.

Great parking space. We were very warmly welcomed. Showers and toilet facilities at their finest. If you want, you can have breakfast there for an additional charge. Highly recommended.

A lovingly run farm where the warm hosts make you immediately feel at home.Breakfast was great, rooms were clean and comfortable and the evenings together were priceless. We will definitely come back 👍🏼

The place was perfect for us. We were there with our motorhome and were warmly welcomed. There are toilets and showers in the adjacent house. Everything is well maintained and very clean. We really liked the family atmosphere. Food is well provided and events are also offered three times a week. The barbecue evening was fantastic. And I would order Carola’s Maultaschen again in a heartbeat. They were so delicious. The home-made schnapps is second to none. In the immediate vicinity there is a summer toboggan run, an open-air museum and "The Park with All Senses"... within walking distance and highly recommended. If we're in the area again, we'll be happy to come back

We stayed there for 2 nights with the camper! Wonderful company, very active versatile owners: hard workers! Delicious flammenkuche eaten from the own brick oven. Clean sanitary facilities. A refrigerated snack/drink machine available 24 hours. There is also a nice toboggan run, a barefoot path+ and an open-air museum in the area. Beautiful views and skies! Highly recommended for everything!

Were there with two children in 2010Was very relaxed, familiar and customer-oriented. Everything is homemade and a lot of it is home-grown. It couldn't be better.

We had booked 4 nights. The second night we found bugs in and around the bed and reported it to the host but were ignored.The morning after we were accused of bringing the bugs from the forest and offered other room but we decided to leave as they spoke very bad to us. We offered to pay for the two nights we stayed and they started shouting histerically requesting 3 nights payment.We remained calm and polite and decided to pay 3 nights as their behaviour escalated dramatically. After visiting tourist information and showing all the evidence we gathered (videos and photos) they confirmed it was bed bugs, it was not our fault and we should not have payed anything.Tourist information apologised to us and started procedure to report this accommodation.We incurred substantial extra expenses having to book additional accommodation and the loss of most of our belongings that we had to throw to prevent spread.

Everything you need for overnight stays is available. Good plentiful breakfast. Nice host family, you feel like you've arrived straight away. Homemade tarte flambée is highly recommended. We only had a small room and unfortunately everything in the bathroom was very cramped.Dog friendly!Train station just a few hundred meters away.Are satisfied and would come back.

The managers are nice people, it is located on a road with traffic passing by, but this does not bother you much. Nice view. 22 euros overnight, 2 people and dog. Water and electricity included. Coin operated shower, sanitary facilities look great

By pure chance we ended up on the Götz family's 4 parking spaces with a motorhome. The operators are super nice. We easily had the opportunity to take part in the barbecue evening on Friday evening. Everything was great and very tasty. The pitches are gravelled and offer a beautiful view of the valley. There is a vending machine with drinks and regional specialties. Since the family still runs guest rooms, you have the option of booking breakfast in the old, cozy farmhouse or simply getting your bread rolls there. Future campers can expect great toilets and showers as well as a chemical toilet disposal facility in the basement of the house. The whole thing is currently under construction and will open soon. Until then, everything is also available in the old farmhouse. A great open-air museum and a summer toboggan run are within walking distance. There is also a great cycle path in the valley.The Götz family are campers themselves and know how to make campers happy.

We had wonderful days on the farm with our daughter.The Götz couple are immediately likeable (as if they had known each other forever). Even a small special request from our child was not an issue at all. The room and facilities were completely ok for us. We cannot understand the criticism of cleanliness in any way. The size of the TV was also irrelevant for us. You're on vacation to experience the landscape, surroundings, etc. and not watch TV all day!The schnitzel theme evening was simply delicious.We would love to come back. Above all, the long history/existence surrounding the forest farm is fascinating.
