I only know Bagno from the restaurant side.The rooms are very tastefully decorated with warm colors and lots of accessories, but not overloaded. You can also sit outside. The boss and his staff are extremely committed, helpful, considerate and friendly. The area with the beautiful and spacious park and ponds is suitable for children and adults.

If I could I would give it a minus star. Already in April we requested 2 double rooms by phone with the final aim of booking, we should confirm this by email, done! Arrival, great excitement. When we asked about our rooms, he immediately became very angry and ran away without any further explanation?? Apparently a misunderstanding when booking and no rooms available. Ultimately, quibbles about emails. How many times do you have to say that you want to book 2 rooms? BUT instead of an apology, a word of regret or an accommodating solution-oriented behavior, he very rudely blames us for the situation. Incredibly unprofessional behavior.We won't be coming back!

We stayed here at the hotel for one night and were very satisfied. The rooms are cozy and appropriately furnished, the bathroom is good and clean and the breakfast was well prepared and had a large selection. We also found the price ok.3 YEARS LATER. Already requested 2 double rooms in April. Apparently a misunderstanding when booking and no rooms available. BUT an absolutely UNFRIENDLY, SHAMEFUL demeanor on the part of the operator. Not a word of regret or even any kind of solution-oriented approach. Totally unprofessional, just blaming us. We had already spoken on the phone in April AND, as requested, also asked in writing and then there was a quibble, but perhaps the wedding party on site was simply more lucrative, CAN be.....So as a tip: Maybe just deal with such a situation professionally and say something like,"Sorry, something seems to have gone wrong" works wonders...NEVER AGAIN!0 stars!!!

Small, quaint hotel with very tidy rooms and an opulent breakfast at an absolutely fair price. And all of this practically in the middle of the forest. Absolutely recommended!

We were in coffee on Easter Sunday. Despite the large number of guests, the staff was super friendly and helpful, coffee and cake were served quickly. The price-performance ratio was good. We will be coming here more often now! 👍

We celebrated our birthday in the hall. To say that the service was bad is to say nothing (((((😔I had to go after the waiters and ask them for drinks, even beg, I would say 😟The menu is also so-so, a C grade. The price for the food does not correspond to the quality at all 😒In terms of The cleanliness and beauty of the interior is very good 👍

In October we celebrated my wife's 70th birthday in the BAGNO restaurant with almost 50 guests.The festival room, which can be entered separately, was lovingly designed and elegantly furnished.The extremely rich buffet was of excellent quality and extremely tasty.Particularly noteworthy is the attentive and extremely friendly service as well as the great flexibility and expertise of the boss, Mr. Gathier, in the preparations.Overall, a very successful event that we will look back on fondly for a long time!And all of this at a really fair price.Conclusion: I can only warmly recommend it. Thank you!

I can't rate the room. We come by bike. Or certain distances on foot.But again and again 👍 We would love to come back.
