All in all we had a nice holiday (1 week), I give the following feedback on individual points:+ Well located in Königstein, you can easily walk to the train station, shopping and the small town+ well-divided, clean apartment+ Beds are great, we all slept well in them+ Fireplace is great+ Access with code, so there is no need for a keyo Sauna is great, but the height of the lower sauna bench is 80cm so high that you either have to be tall and take a big step or have to crawl up - a wooden step should be possible here to easily get to the higher sauna bench. Furthermore, it would have been great if they had had a few sauna scents on offer for this apartment price. We had an opened bottle sitting there, where I don't know if it was the rest from the landlord or the landlord's offer.o We had a power outage, which was fixed during the morning. However, there were problems with the heating, which had to be restarted. Since we weren't at home, a technician who probably had to go to the apartment did this. To be honest, it can't be possible for someone to gain access if you're not there and you haven't even been asked.o Communication went through Mr. Tschiersch. Basically nice. We had to postpone our vacation from New Year's Eve to the Easter holidays because tourism was not possible due to Corona. This was possible without any problems. Otherwise, the communication is very standardized and I sometimes find it very short and therefore a little less friendly,- The climb to the apartment is not barrier-free and is not made for strollers or very small children.- Kitchen: No paring knife, sharp knives partly broken and blurred. The cloth is a joke, such a very thin thing, you can't even wipe the table properly with it, 2 medium-sized pans, one of which is unusable due to being very dirty, the toaster is dirty, the refrigerator opens in the wrong direction and all with a handle, which is attached at the top and not on the side as usual (so a child can't even get it open because they can't reach it), seating area uncomfortable and much too narrow for 4 people, we preferred to sit in the living room, no garbage bags Replenishment.- We were sitting at the table in the living room and people downstairs called out to ask if we could finish chatting, they wanted to go to sleep. To be honest, this hit us like a blow, as it was so noisy that our normal conversation on the floor below was perceived as disturbing. That honestly bothered me because after that you couldn't talk freely anymore, you were worried that every word would be overheard.- The street above, the train below. It has to be said that it is definitely loud. You can't sleep with the window open at night because the trains are so loud early on that they would wake you up. At 10:30 p.m., construction workers began working on the tracks below. It wasn't that loud, but you could hear it.- There is a window right on the wall of the bathtub. We don't know why in heaven this isn't covered with foil or has some other privacy protection. The neighbor can see straight in, which is not possible. The sauna window is at least covered with stickers, even if the foil creates unsightly bubbles. All in all we found our vacation lovely. I wouldn't go to the accommodation again, there are too many negative points that don't justify the very high price (180 euros/night).
