We stayed with my family at Lodge Tents and it was really nice experience. Wooden interior, all necessary equipment like fridge ot kettle inside.I didn't like booking and check-in procedure - customer service not responding to emails and not answering calls, then I prefilled all check-in details online and onsite I had to fill everything again into paper form and wait in a queue for 2 hours!!But that's the only wrong thing on our stay :-)

This place is very nice for families with children, big groups. Together with the free entrance to the water park - great bargain.Part of the bungalows are old and need repairs - ours has a dishwasher which is missing a few wheels from the trays...Missing items for the walls...4th vacation here.

Lived at the camping site so I can not rate the rooms. But the attraction it self is really good in the whole perspective. As just the water park I would say good but not extremely good. A good stay if you have your way through Berlin

There is really nothing in an area of 10 kilometers!! The facilities in this park were not even operational!!It was really a big disappointment!! Luckily the Tropical island made it a bit better but it is not worth coming back to. Ow, and the food is terrible in the Tropical Island!

Arrived June 2nd til 5th. Tropical Islands was a fun water park. Lots to do and see. Great customer service. Unfortunately it was 90+ degrees and no fans or moving air outside to cool off the mobile home we were staying in. It became unbearable to even be inside the home. Overall it was fun and we'd stay again, just not in a mobile home near summer time.

Definitely recommend the resort- caravan park has all facilities and is clean and upkept. People are polite and generally feels quite and relaxing. All facilities easy to reach and pleasantly clean. Real German quality around.

Proper campsite, on walking distance from the amazing Tropical Islands resort. Clean amenities, good sized pitches, comfort pitches with water and waste water disposal.

I would recommend this place if you decide to spend more days in the Tropical islands aquapark. The bongalow is sparkle clean, well equiped kitchen, electric grill for the evening relax. Shuttle is available nearby. ..at the other hand we spent two hours in a queue for the check-in. Checkout is seamless, just drop the keys into the box at the reception.

The family and I just returned from a very relaxing trip to Tropical Islands. We stayed at one of their "pitch" sites (tent/camper site), and it was the quietest campground I have ever visited. The plots are large and conveniently located near bathrooms and other facilities. We had power (make sure you bring a CEE - blue 16 AMP extension cord) and water near the site and all of our neighbors were very friendly (we forgot our bottle opener and a neighbor was happy to loan us one). We got a great night's sleep each night. If you're visiting Tropical Islands for a vacation, I recommend the camping, it's very comfortable.
