Great parking space below the Königstein Fortress (approx. 10 minute hiking trail or from the parking lot with the small train)Unfortunately the inn is closed but (if I am correctly informed) the innkeepers run a very good snack bar at the mini golf course.There is electricity at the parking space and you can also take a shower upon request. Chemical toilets cannot be disposed of.We liked it, it was very familiar.You have a great view of the fortress from the parking space.

We received a very friendly welcome and were given a super nice parking space below the Königstein Fortress without prior notice. Operators are very accommodating. We paid 20 euros per night for a parking space including electricity, plus 2.50 euros in tourist tax, which I think is a fair price. Toilet could be used behind the snack bar. Was cleaned daily. (NO DISPOSAL FOR GRAY AND BLACK WATER) possible.Thank you very much again, I definitely recommend it. Very tasty soft ice cream, not to be missed.We wish you all the best for the opening of the restaurant in August, even if it is only for an hour.Menard Karin

The location is excellent, you can walk to Königstein Fortress in 5 minutes. Perfect for concerts there.No showers, no supply or disposal, toilets available but not directly on the pitch, electricity available. Simple, level pitches. Breakfast possible in the country inn. Mini golf, climbing forest and snack bar in the immediate vicinity. Pleasantly quiet at night.Highly recommended for a night out and especially a concert visit to the fortress.

The country inn is located directly on and below the Königstein Fortress and directly on the painter's hiking trail but directly on the path to the castle with corresponding public traffic all day long. Location therefore 3 starsThere are 5 pitches with electricity. Now in the evening it's nice and quiet but you have to walk forever around the inn to get to the toilet. Not so fun in the morning because all the visitors are running to the fortress and when you're still asleep, not so cool. There is a toilet with a sink and lots of cold water only, mini sinks and no counter space at all. The parking space costs €18 per night and is ok. 2 starsThe good thing in the country inn is that you can have breakfast (€13) and dinner. There is a small evening menu, with lots of pork and a vegetarian main course. The service was super nice and my dog ​​was welcome. Since the vegetables were frozen, overall it was only 3 stars
