I recently stayed at this hotel and it was a disappointing experience. The staff were rude and unhelpful, making the stay quite uncomfortable. The rooms were extremely small, with short beds and sloped ceilings, making them unsuitable for anyone of average height.Additionally, we found trash in the bins upon arrival, which is unacceptable. The hotel offered no services, and there was a complete lack of information about transportation and local restaurants. The reception hours were also inconvenient, only open from 2 PM to 10 PM, leaving guests to manage on their own outside of those times.I cannot recommend this hotel; there are many other establishments out there that truly understand hospitality. Avoid at all costs.

Small hotel, good price/performance. WiFi was stable, rooms clean, no breakfast though. Safe box available in the room as well.

The communication was super, they helped us to get our room even after the reception was closed. The place has barely any parking space, so you can only park outside. The rooms look better on the photos, but there is no major problem with it.The problem is the bar/restaurant who are downstairs. They were talking really loud outside, so we could not sleep well.

The only good things about this hotel are: staff was friendly, close proximity to the metro station, and the price. However, the AC was leaking water and there was some mold in the room which was smelly. The floors in the room was uncomfortable to walk on. They also closed the front door at 10 pm. So, if you came after 10 pm, you would have to enter through the back door and use the stairs because there is no access to the elevator through the back door. I don't know how this is fair to people with mobility issues.

Hello. I want to tell great thanks this wonderful hotel. All employees are very kind. I'm from Ukraine and had to stay in the hotel for two nights. The administration didn't want to get money from me. It was very unexpected. Thank you very much for your support!

We booked a room for two people last week. When we spoke with the manage,we told him that maybe if everything would be fine, then we wanted to stay for longer term.We arrived and then we saw our room..no microwave,no fridge (at least it would have been nice, because all of our food went wrong and I asked for it but they put a “fridge” sized like two sandwiches could go inside),no washing maschine, nothing. The room was the smallest of all,we couldn’t really fit inside. Okay that’s enough about that, but what was completely unacceptable, that one day after 21 o’clock the guy from the reception came to our room and started to shout at us,that we have to pay now, although we met in the afternoon before, where he could also tell it to me,but he didn’t do that. We have a proof about his behaviour. As I said it was completely unacceptable. He made us feel that we’re not german, and if he would be the King there.. okay after that we asked for one more night,he said that it would be okay, but on the next day, unfortunately the cleaning stuff “had to tell us” that somebody else would come into our room?!?!?!? I called the manager and he said that “sorry” he can’t do anything and he just hang up the phone, although on the internet we saw that they had free rooms. So I would definitely not recommend this place, especially not for someone who is not german because they would treat them like a piece of sh*t.

The hotel is in the middle of a small town and in walking distance to several restaurants or if you don’t want to go far, there is a restaurant and bar in the lobby. This is where you can go for the big buffet breakfast included in your room. The room was hot and uncomfortable without the window open, but with it open, you get all the noise from the bar and street below as well as the noise from the passing traffic. The beds were comfortable with crisp clean sheets and all made up ready for us, including the extra bed that we had requested. Our shower head fell off twice during the first two showers.

Pension is middle range, not bad but a lot depends on the room. Pretty overcrowded around the pension, a lot of noise till midnight and sometimes also later after midnight, especially if you get a room with the view to the hotel parking lot. Hotel stuff used to spend a lot of time in the night there, have a loud discussion and s more cigarets do you cannot hev windows open. Breakfast as well are average, not very rich selection. Other food is ok, but service is very slow. If you get a room 114, you probably get the most tiny room in the hotel, so if you are two persons it would be better to ask for change.

This is a nice little hotel with a very good breakfast. They actually provide soap in the room which is a plus. The beds are more comfortable than some of the hotels I have been in. The elevator is surprisingly big and effecient.
