Only saving grace was the receptionist, stayed for one night, decided to as it was later than I though and didn't want to travel back that night. …

Was tricky to find reception. Staff at reception were quite brisk with their attitude when we checked in. Other staff members were polite and friendly, helped us with the doors. Room was lovely, the sheets were clean, the headboard and lights were a little dusty and the room was ridiculously warm with no air conditioning. The vending machine just outside was good but £2.50 for a bottle of water is a little bit silly... But the bed and pillows were comfortable and for her price - we'd happily stay again (in less humid weather though)

Enjoyed our stay here. We were grateful for food being served until 10/10:30 as we arrived late. We had some issues initially with our door key but the staff were helpful and friendly. They accommodated our need for an iron/ironing board too which we were grateful for. Room was nice and dark without too much noise outside. It had a good amount of available parking spaces too. We only stayed one night but would recommend 👍🏼

The staff were super polite, and one of the reception staff named Anca went above and beyond during our stay. Super accommodating and welcoming so thank you :)Room temperature was an issue, windows not opening far enough in 30 degree weather meaning no airflow.
