There room was a really good size, spotlessly clean and the kitchen area even had a dishwasher. Fantastic value for money and the hotel's location was ideal for walking to all of London's many famous attractions. A perfect hotel in the greatest city in the world.

Such a great, modern and clean hotel in a very convenient location; lots of stores, restaurants, and coffee shops in the area, plus it’s within walking distance to The London Eye and Big Bend. The staff is so friendly and housekeeping did a great job of making the bed and cleaning the bathroom every other day.

Just a few hundred meters from Lambeth North underground station. We had a room with a double bed and a double bed sofa. The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, stove, and a kettle. The bathroom has amenities from l'occitane. The staff is super friendly and service-minded. We could leave our luggage free of charge after checking out. Everything is clean and tidy.

A good value, plain suite hotel. We just finished a 2-week stay. ||What we liked: 1. The staff was universally friendly and helpful. 2. The suite allowed my husband and I to sleep in/go to bed early (I’m a lark—he’s a night owl). 3. …

Excellent location, staff, value and cleanliness. Just improve the comfort of pull out beds.Liked · The staff were very friendly, the rooms were very modern and clean/well maintained, as is the hotel in general. It's about 10 minutes walking distance from Westminster bridge so it's location is excellent. Lambeth North underground station is just around the corner for easy public transport. There are cafés close by and a supermarket down the road. The room has a kitchen. It was very quiet. Overall good value (especially for London).Disliked · It was 4 of us sharing a room. The pull out bed wasn't very comfortable as it was inclined at an angle.
