worst hotel room I've been to. there was hair in the toilet, the sink was blocked, the walls were in an advanced state of decay. the curtains were torn and stained with I don't know what but it's better not to know.

We paid £50 for the room, the nearest similar hotel was £135 that night. OK the room wasn't the best, very basic and dated, and whilst adequately clean, it's not gleaming. However the bedsheets and towels were gleaming white clean. …

The room was worst than any hotel room I have slepted in and I travel the world. Windows did not shut. Curtains all broken. Huge dents in walls. Bathroom was mouldy and mirrow falling to pieces. …

When we walked into reception I though this looks okay, then went to the lift, one not working so struggled to get suitcase and pushchair into the lift, lift only goes up to the third floor so you have to drag cases up the stairs if you …

The worst place I've ever been to.1 star just beacuse I cannot give 0.The room was full of dust, our window was almost detaching from the wall. The corridors to get to the room were full of mud.We didn't have heated water for one day.The staff (when present) doesn't even say hi.There's only one positive thing: I'm not coming back

Highly not recommended.Where to start. It seems like the staff or management which coordinate team how to keep this hotel alive hanging only on the fact that hotel has itself a fairly good location and thats going to keep bussiness going. That’s all they care.On the arrival we had met the receptionist ( male) firs of all dressed with jumper looking very much ised in the past. It doesn’t even match the poor hotel interior. Plus we kind of interruptwd his snacking. So crumbs all over the place including his chin..ROOM- If the hotel is old and has no budget for refurbish it doesn’t mean you cannot keep ir clean.. keep in mind you get pretty good money for the nights..at leat change the cutted curtains..horrible experience, horrible horrible horrible..

Do not stay here. The hotel is very rundown and not like any of the pictures that they advertise the photos are obviously very old. Terrible hotel rat traps all over our room and every thing was dirty and ripped and crumbling. We got into the room and within 5 minutes of checking in we had booked another hotel (that was cheaper and lovely) and walked out. Only good thing about this hotel is the location it is next to a good few cafes/shops however this doesnt make it worth staying here.

You're paying for a comfy bed in a great location. The hotel is in desperate need of upgrading, but it's fine for the price. Our bathroom and bed were clean. The room was old and neglected but honestly it didn't bother us. It had a basic working tv. Only one electrical socket means we had to unplug the tv and kettle to charge our phones.

Great value for money, especially if you are like me and your only requirement is a bed and bathroom. I can't speak about other rooms but mine was quite dated and old fashioned but did its job.The location was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Filthy room, Bed has very old spring mattress that bottoms out when you sit on it. Drawer with cups and tea was unorganized and dirty. Bathroom was dirty with brown splatters on the upper walls. I should have checked the reviews before booking, situated in a good location but serious cleanliness issues. AVOID!
