Utterly atrocious would be an understatement to describe this absolute cesspool. The toilet seat was broken and cut my partner’s behind, there was a massive dip in the mattress, the TV wasn’t paired to the remote control and there was no signal anyway. As a painter myself the paintwork was worse than a below average DIY job. Seriously, who puts white gloss straight on top of wood varnish without sanding it first? The worst issue however was the detached window that was literally hanging by the lock and a short cable.Oh and no WiFi and horrendous mobile internet reception. On the plus side, the nearby café was rather good.

If I could give 0 stars for this absolute hovel of a place I would!!! Owners/staff are absolutely rude and have a vile attitude and kick you out over nothing and not even a refund!!!! Disgusting and vile attitude! Rooms are worse than a pig sty on a bad day and as for location, the only good thing about location is you are close to the seafront and other attractions and not too far from town, but otherwise the area is a dump and by some way the worst neighbourhood in all of Blackpool and I say this not just as a regular visitor to Blackpool all my life, but as a former resident of the town. If you ever stay in this area avoid this place like the plague and triple lock your car or better still park elsewhere and use the tram, but I'd recommend staying in any other area of town away from Foxhall village, but either way avoid this absolute riffy hell hole!!!

Absolute hell hole of a hotel as you walk in the door your greeted by the worst smell I have ever had the displeasure to smell 😳 the carpets are filthy you couldn't take your shoes off it looks like a building site inside holes in the wall wallpaper hanging off the walls no toilet roll towels kettle or any little bit of extra comfort youd think a hotel would provide I wouldn't let my dog sleep here avoid at all costs 😱 no working shower electric sockets sitting in wash hand basin were told to use toilet facilities in next door bedroom where the carpet had a massive puddle of water and a very strange man asleep in the bedv😱

Turned up to find a semi derelict building to be told they had no water and the gas had to be checked. Asked why they were taking bookings if the building was unsuitable but told it was nothing to do with them as it was through booking.com. Have had to run around to find somewhere else

It's cheap and that's about it, really! But, the bed was decently comfortable and the staff was friendly.

Stayed in a 3 bed room, one bunk. Room was average, a good size with a wardrobe. Very small bathroom. Could do with renovating but was pretty clean and good for what we needed. Would recommend for more than a couple of nights. Owner lady was very friendly.

We booked a triple family room for myself, 6-year old son and sister-in-law. From the very beginning we were dubious.  …

We came here as two couples, having booked in advance and fully pre-paying in April ready for a weekend away in August. To only arrive and be told they don’t have our rooms. …

First off this is the worst place/hotel I have ever stayed in! Sleeping outside on a bench would have been more of a pleasure! …
