Just got home from here what a horrid stay. Place was filthy. See pics. Then when leaving spotted be bugs in our bed. No one around to tell as no staff ever around. Absolutely disgusting place. I would avoid at all costs. I’m now at midnight washing everything from this hotel and absolutely furious.

After reading some of the reviews we came in with an open mind. However, the staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. The hotel is in a convenient location right next to all of the attractions. The lady working in reception was lovely and very helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay.

This hotel was dirty dingy and disgusting. I was firstly met be a rude and pretty ignorant receptionist at the front desk and after spending 40 minutes trying to check in I finally got a key to get in my room. …

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this gem of a hotel with a friend during the Blackpool Magic Convention 2024, and I am thrilled to share our exceptional experience. Nestled just a street behind the Ruskin, its location is unbeatable, offering a short 5-minute stroll to the Winter Gardens and a mere 15-minute walk from the train station, making it an ideal base for explorers.Though the rooms are somewhat compact, this minor detail fades in comparison to the myriad of positives. The most noticeable shortcoming was the snug showers, yet this pales beside the warmth and professionalism exuded by the hotel’s owner. Her extraordinary demeanor and attentiveness significantly enhanced our stay, making us feel right at home.Adding to the hotel’s charm is the convenience of being able to enjoy a late-night meal, with the kitchen open until 3 am, serving delicious food at very affordable prices. The hotel’s policy on freedom of movement is particularly commendable, allowing guests to return at any hour without the worry of additional fees, a refreshing change from the norm and contrary to what one might find elsewhere. The bar area deserves a special mention for its vibrant atmosphere in the evenings, providing a perfect setting to unwind after a day of magic and exploration. In summary, this hotel earns a well-deserved five stars from us for its exceptional hospitality, superb amenities, and prime location. We eagerly look forward to our next visit.
