Great hotel well located in vibrant street. Room was good, clean, bright, shower excellent, but care needed over decoration. Being white and basic it has to look perfect every time.Great bar with live music. Buzzy and vibrant.Tube ( underground / metro) noise in room on first floor.

I do love this hotel! Clean, spacious for a London room, really nice front desk/bar staff. And some really unique touches like the hot tea bar and the speakers and amps in rooms. If you're looking for a really cool spot in London - that doesn't feel tourist ridden but is safe - I highly recommend Ruby Lucy in Waterloo. It's great (and that's why I've stayed there 4 times)

Loved this area of London. Absolutely amazing restaurants steps away (try Tunisian Street Kitchen!) from this hotel. Very close to the Big Ben area. The bed was one of the best and most comfortable hotel beds I’ve slept on! There was a lot of construction going on when we arrived but the staff tried their best to still make it a great stay. Overall, I’d recommend.

The hotel is very centrally located and it takes 5 minutes to walk to the London Eye. Even if you want to go to other famous sights, it's not far. The rooms are also very clean and the mattress and blanket are very comfortable. There is no mini fridge in the room, which is not important to me personally. The staff is very accommodating, I have to highlight Piotr in particular. The guy is a legend, helpful, nice and above all very patient. He takes the time to answer any questions, no matter how many you have, and he explains where the best photo spots are in London or what you generally need to bear in mind. The breakfast is OK. Unfortunately there are no omelettes or fried eggs. There could also be more fruit on offer. Especially if you are not one of the first at breakfast, then you miss out on a lot of the small selection. Overall, 5 stars because of the location, the staff and the newness of the hotel.

I stayed with my husband here for 5 nights for a combined work/vacation trip. The location is great - on a bustling street with a market, lots of great eateries and pubs, and a short walk to Waterloo station. …

Had an amazing short term stay here. The front desk staff were always willing to go above and beyond to ensure my stay was satisfactory, holding my luggage as I explored the city, and just being kind and engaging. I look forward to attending other Ruby hotels when I return to Europe!

Never heard about this hotel before. Didn't even know it was a branch of hotels as well! Brilliant! Came in for the first time this week. First impression was the design and layout, swings at the entrance with beautiful seating area, bar and reception both in the same place (what a great idea!) Was greeted and accompanied by Isabella and Sam who were very cheerful and eager to assist. I even noticed there were guitars on the walls to borrow and play! Looking forward to staying here next time I'm in London!

Came in for a couple of drinks at the bar with my friends last night and had such an amazing experience. Much quieter part of London than Soho even though it's within walking distance, absolutely perfect to wind down a bit. The background music and the dimmed lights make for a perfect place to chat. We enjoyed all our drinks, especially the "dessert-style" ones with ice cream recommended to us by Tim. Great service chill atmosphere, central location, a perfect night out all around
