The flush for the Lu was too hard to push for my thumb, and the seat was too short on the bowl. The bathroom where the sink is located, was 16 inches, and the shower was 24 inches. …

Excellent stay in London! The location is extremely close to transit, Hyde and Kensington Park, restaurants, stores, etc. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. I stayed in a single room and it was bigger than I expected, very clean and had everything I needed. I'll definitely stay here next time I'm in London.

I booked 2 nights in this hotel for my daughter's 21st birthday. I had arranged 2 days of sightseeing and a theatre trip.|which I must say saved the 2 days as they were outstanding, London dungeons and an evening ghost tour and then …

The staff were friendly! The rooms were quite dated, but I believe they are refurbishing them. Some rooms, such as the room I was given. has no air conditioning. I found that quite shocking, instead we were given a fan. Apparently, you only get a room with air conditioning if you book through them directly. This is the first time I’ve been treated like I am second to people booking directly with the hotel. I booked through booking.com, a member of staff explained to us that since we booked through them that’s why we got an outdated room… not great. We were initially attracted by their more updated rooms. It’s near baywater station which is great. However, I don’t think I would return.

I stayed at the hotel from October 1st thru October 8th. The reception was very nice and helpful when I needed assistance with my laundry. My room was cleaned every night and I was given clean towels daily. When I arrived to my room the room and bathroom was clean. My only complaint would be the noise from cleaning staff. I'm not sure why they feel the need to turn on loud vacuum cleaners outside the rooms at 8am in the morning. At least do that at a later time so guests can rest. The rooms were extremely small and not worth the value of my money. Location of the hotel is very nice as it's close to the station and close to a few tourist attractions. I personally wouldn't come back.

The 5th visit to this hotel. We really like this hotel. It's nice that it's being updated although I was disappointed with the size of the rooms. The staff are really friendly so we will come back. The location is great.

The room was fine. Nothing special, very plain, but not awful. They double bed was two single beds pushed together so you can't use the whole bed, just one side or the other which wasn't what I paid for. There was no air conditioning and the window barely opens. My view was a construction site which was pretty terrible, but hey ho.The staff were quite useless. I asked for a cutlery set, it still wasn't with me after 40mins so had to call down to reception again. They had totally forgotten about the request. It's all soulless. But it's a bed for the night I guess.

I had the absolute WORST stay at Central Park Hotel. My friend and I woke up covered in rashes, and to my horror, we saw bed bugs crawling in the bed! It was absolutely disgusting and beyond terrible. I’ve never experienced anything like this. To make matters worse, I emailed the hotel and reported the issue, but no one bothered to respond! The staff clearly doesn't care about their guests' well-being or maintaining a clean environment. The attitude of the management is appalling, and the room was filthy.DO NOT stay here unless you want to risk your health. This place is unclean, unhygienic, and completely unprofessional. Save yourself the nightmare and book somewhere else!
