The hotel is a hidden gem! It is situated in central Birmingham, five minutes walking distance from Digbeth Coach Station, less than 10 minutes walking to New Street Station and located in the heart of China Town.  …

Stayed here several times now after events in the area. It's a good location, close to the stations and Digbeth. Reception and bar area are always manned and staff are friendly. …

We was staying Friday night for my wife's birthday. Location was brilliant, night staff was great and welcoming.Room was clean and tidy and quiet. We had good night sleep.I only took one star off for service,as in morning i went downstairs to buy beer, as it been advertised to have 24/7 bar, but girls at reception in pretty rude manner explained to me that while breakfast is served, they cant serve me at the bar, what i was surprised about, so it turned out to be not 24h bar.Breakfast was brilliant, and tasty, guys working at breakfast was nice and all other was good. Thanks

I would like to say that from the very first step as soon as you cross the threshold of the hotel you feel welcome. I would like to thank all the staff for creating such a friendly and cosy atmosphere, especially Ingrid who lit up the whole room with her smile and friendliness during breakfast. Would love to stay here again next time. Thank you for the atmosphere you created, you made my stay enjoyable.

It’s an Ibis, I always know what I’m getting. Basic, but clean rooms and well kept hotels. Outstanding stay as always!Claudia who works the front desk on both days I was there is outstanding. Answered all my questions and where to go since it was my first time in the city.Ingrid who worked the breakfast room was excellent as well. Certainly on top of things and nothing ran out, which is unusual because of the amount of people eating at once. The presentation of the food was outstanding as well. Pleasant experience.

Overall, a great hotel. Cheap and cheerful. It's in both a good location and bad location depending on how you look at it.Close to amenities, city centre etc but there is a nightclub located right next door and some rooms will be absolutely blasted with noise from music/people til about 3/4am especially of a Friday/Saturday night.Overall, we slept great regardless but sensitive sleepers might want to bring some earplugs.

Rooms are basic but clean Extremely loud area, can hear the nightclub. Staff are very nice and helpful especially Raju at breakfast, he was so happy and welcoming. The bar is 24/7 which is very convenient. The location is decent as it’s 5 min walk to the bullring.

I had a great stay when I was attending a show at the Hippodrome which is a minute away.Hotel is really close to train station and shopping centre which was excellent. Was able to leave my bags when I arrived early.Breakfast was lovely and as a vegetarian there were several options and I could also order veg sausage.Room was warm but it was 28 degrees outside, they had supplied a massive fan for the room already which was great.Room was clean and had enough for our needs.

First of all, the location is great. Just a few minutes walk from Birmingham New Street Station. Lovely warm welcome on arrival and a great busy vibe about it, without being noisy. Great meeting room, it was booked at fairly short notice. Toilets really close to the meeting room, view of the Arcadian from the room. Complimentary teas coffee, and water, all equipment worked a treat, and room was lockable during breaks.
