It doesn’t get any better than this! Beautiful hotel right at the airport - literally walking distance via a connecting hallway. Quiet, comfortable, lovely soaking tub plus separate shower. Robes, slippers, coffee/tea service and QUIET! Love the ability to check in early, especially when you have flown in overnight! This is our new favorite airport hotel. Easy walk to the train station to catch the Heathrow Express or Elizabeth Line for a quick trip into London. Highly recommend!

We had a great and easy stay with the hotel being so close to the airport, yet so quiet! Quick service for food and house keeping but the place was a little tired. Shower doors not shutting properly so leaking on the floor, light switches not working so having to get up to turn the room lights off - it just needed an update. Which wasn't so great when the prices still reflected a ***** hotel. I expected a little more finesse.

We stayed at the London Heathrow location the night before our flight home. The reception staff was helpful and friendly, not robotic. Our room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The bed and comforter were like a cloud. We had added the breakfast which was delicious with plenty of options. It couldn't be easier to access Terminal 5 for our flight. Being right at the terminal also reduced the stress of traveling which was an added bonus.

Bed was too soft for my liking and the pillows were far too soft, should provide alternative pillows in the room.Great location, very convenient. Room and it's amenities were great.But when you barely sleep before a long haul flight you leave feeling a little disappointed.

Superb hotel! Very convenient for T5. The room was enormous, very well appointed and spotlessly clean. The bed was so comfortable and it was very quiet even on a Saturday night so I slept really well. The staff were very friendly and check in and fast check out were very quick. The cocktails in the bar are very good. Would definitely use this hotel again if flying from T5.

Be aware they do not provide coffee in the rooms, very low budget. Rooms are clean, but sparse and a bit dated for a first class hotel. Signage is just bad and getting around awkward. Gym is good for an hotel. The restaurant is not very good, food only average (pasta was warm not hot and had little flavour and I was never asked if I wanted cheese or even “how is the meal” and very small portion), the others in my group had a bit better experience. Overall, it’s ok, but just.

Nice hotel but more signs and directions needed for weary travelers in the international terminal. It took us a long time to find the hotel. We had to ask several airport employees and received different answers. (One employee even said we had to leave the airport to enter hotel which was not true. We even googled mapped it and it still didn't get us to hotel.) Once off the plane, it was a maze that took us 45 minutes to find the hotel. We took a train/tram, many corridors and elevators/escalators and walked over a mile (per step app) just to find the hotel. It wasn't until we were close to the hotel that we saw signs. There should be more signs for exhausted international travelers to locate late at night. We travel often and have stayed at many airport terminal hotels yet this hotel was the most difficult to find. Please add more directional SIGNS from international terminals so all can find you quicker to go to sleep to make our connecting fight next morning. I would have given 5 stars, but it was very difficult to locate from the international terminal, hence the 4 stars.

We had a very convenient comfortable stay here! This hotel is well situated in London Heathrow Airport Terminal 5. Its connected by a bridge and easy to get to if you have a long layover or a day transiting through London. Beds are comfortable and room was spacious for a family of 3. There was also a market in the arrivals hall which was easy to access from the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

I stayed two nights before leaving on a cruise. The hotel is a quick walk from Heathrow Terminal 5 even with luggage. I was able to catch a train to central London from Terminal 5 as well.I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet included with my room and I am usually not a fan of buffets. The food was fresh and they offered fried eggs and omelets cooked to order.Dinner in the restaurant was also good and there was plenty of variety.

We were persuaded to upgrade our two rooms to interconnecting superior rooms and told we would get the minibars for free when we got to the rooms the mini bars were water which I would expect for free anyway, Bells whiskey which shouldn’t be in the fridge anyway orange juice and coke. When we asked at reception for the whiskey to be swapped for wine and was told that wasn’t allowed only gin as we drink neither the value of the upgrade was slowly disappearing.We then discovered there are no phone charging points near the bed so plugged in at the desk to then awake to get on a flight to the USA to discover none of our devices has charged. The TV would not stay on for longer than 5 minutes no matter what we did, and then when we got upwe found the rain shower didn’t work as most of the holes were blocked.We felt completely mis-sold this upgrade which cost us £198 across both of the rooms, if you are offered this “as you can have the rooms now” don’t bother there is a nice bar just wait for your booked rooms to be ready.
