This hotel was a happy surprise we discovered thanks to British Airlines flight delays. The staff was hard-working, polite, and professional. Our room was clean and straightforward. The two dinners we had in the hotel's Thyme restaurant were very decent for the price. Wine offerings could be better, but vegetables and salads were fresh. Our steaks were tender and properly cooked.

Stayed one night as flying out of T3. Really great option. It’s a 6 minute was from T4 on a walkway all undercover. You can easily get to T2 & T3 on Elizabeth Line rather than a taxi from the other hotels. We booked same day and got it for £59 which is a great rate. Rooms aren’t huge (we got a standard) but are clear and fine for one night. Bed is pretty comfortable. Can’t really complain. Didn’t interact much with staff but they seemed friendly.It has everything you need for a layover at a very good price. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent service from Amber at the check-in desk. She was very friendly, helpful,and welcoming! The room was clean and tidy and just what I expected for a premier plus room! I had my evening meal at the hotel and once again received Excellent service from Aldrich. There are a lot of staff at this site and everyone was doing a fantastic job during my visit. I will definitely stay here again!The only thing they could do with improving here is the entrance and exit to the car park. It's very tight! So be careful when entering or exiting.

We stayed two nights before flying home to Tasmania . Lovely hotel very friendly hard-working staff . Clean rooms great restaurant and coffee shop .An only negative was , we asked reception to store our bags for a couple of hours before leaving for terminal 2 ( our flight was 8.30pm ) a receptionist said NO the room was full even though we could easily see clear space. A few moments later a lovely kind gentleman came to us and said it's okay I'll find room for your bags . We were so very grateful a big thankyou to him for being so considerate.

The room is very well kept. Funky smell. But not horrible. The restaurant food and service is wonderful. My waitress Decpti has a huge personality and was very attentive. I’m on a layover flight on my way back to the States, what a great introduction to England, very hospitable and lovely people.

This hotel is nice and convenient if you plan to fly out the next day. The breakfast buffet was delicious although the selection of food is limited compared to other hotels. Nice thing is that you can bring your trolley cart of baggage straight into your room.

A good hotel in a handy location. Prices were reasonable for the location. Rooms were in pretty good condition. Staff friendly and helpful. We had the breakfast and evening meal deal for £30 which was good value and food was good. Only negative was that the staff were smoking at the hopper bus stop, I really don't want to be breathing in their disgusting smoke.

I had a very comfortable one-night stay at the Premier Inn Heathrow Terminal 4 before a lunchtime flight from Terminal 5. This is the only Premier Inn hotel at Heathrow with direct access to a terminal, which is convenient if you wish to avoid taking a bus or taxi from hotel to terminal. The hotel is accessed via a covered walkway from Terminal 4 departures.I received a warm welcome from Amber - they were friendly and informative, ensuring I was allocated a room according to my preferences.My room (335) was located on the 3rd floor, with a lift and stairs available. The room was quiet and comfortable, and I had an excellent night’s sleep. The room has experienced a couple of “flesh wounds” (chipped stained surfaces), but it was very clean and comfortable and these did not affect my stay at all.I ate dinner in the Thyme Restaurant and received friendly service from Keagan. The menu offered standard British pub fayre, with a good variety of dishes available. Being an airport hotel, prices were typical of what you could expect to pay. You are not going to be blown away by the food, but it was tasty and I enjoyed my meal.This is a very good Premier Inn hotel, with the service in particular standing out. Although there is a need to take an inter-terminal train to get to other Heathrow terminals, I find this preferable to taking a bus so this hotel is my preferred choice when staying overnight at Heathrow. It is perfectly located for Terminal 4, with a short train ride to the other terminals.

Everything here is spot on!- No train or bus expenses or travel to get to your accommodation when you can stay right here at the airport!- Superb service from the front desk and Keagan in the restaurant was both great service and a positive and friendly character! (Calamari and steak dinner was great and the meal deal including breakfast is awesome!)- Rooms are clean and Tidy.Staying at the Premiere Inn is a life hack!!

I can't speak highly enough about this hotel!Easy access from Terminal 4 - to anyone who's getting to the airport by public transport, get the Piccadilly Line to T4, once you're off the underground you never have to go outdoors, the hotel is connected to the terminal by an indoor walkway. So easy to navigateThe hotel itself was warm and welcoming. Friendly staff to help us check in quickly after a long journey from home. Very nice rooms, comfortable bed and good shower - all you need for a good night's sleep. We also had great views from our room of the airport runwayThere is a Costa Coffee in here if you're in need of a good coffee and quick breakfast or dinner, or the in-house restaurant and bar which we used, which served great food and good drinks. Perfect way to settle us in for a good night's sleep! The breakfast buffet the next morning was also great. I recommend the Meal Deal, where you get a two course evening meal with a drink, and breakfast the next morning for a really reasonable priceHighly recommend this location if you're travelling from Heathrow. I must also add, our flight was changed after we booked this hotel, from T4 where this hotel is, to T3. But no problem, there's a shuttle bus from the carpark that runs every 30 minutes and connects to all of the other airport terminals. So problem solved and no need to rebook a different hotel!
