We visited the hotel for 5 days on our honeymoon and it was the perfect location for us. With the beach right out in front of us we had a great view from our room and easy access to loads of fantastic places within Brighton. The only downside was round the corner student night is on Thursdays and it was a bit noisy but not bad at all, with the windows closed it didn't disturb our sleep at all.The room was fantastic, comfortable with excellent bathroom facilities complete with robe/slippers for lounging/visiting the spa on the lower floor. All staff we encountered from reception, to bar/restaurant, to cleaning were all lovely and helpful. The rooms were immaculate, the food from the restaurant was to a very high standard and the spa facilities were amazing. The hotel ticked all boxes and we would definitely go back if we ever visit Brighton again in the future!

A fantastic hotel positioned right on the sea front. The rooms were a good size and felt luxury with massive beds! The surprise and star of the show was the spa. It’s tucked away in the basement and has two levels, a great pool for swimming and separate hydrotherapy pool, steam and sauna rooms and relaxation areas. It was clean and relaxing. Harbour might be priced a bit higher but it’s really worth it! Highly recommended.

Arrived 24th Oct for my birthday treat. Its been a year of surgeries and I was very excited. Found disabled parking not too far from the hotel which is opposite the beach. THE COST OF THE SPA AND BREAKFASTS WERE NOT INCLUDED...for the money we spent it should have been. The lift is tiny an cosy, holding only two people and luggage. The corridors are endless but we were round by the back of the hotel. NO VIEW. The room was awful. It has really upset my daughter who treated me to the trip. We could have got a better basic holiday abroad and enjoyed it better than what she paid for the night. Would not spend my hard earned money on something like this ever again

Love this hotel! What a great find. This hotel has the best secret spa in Brighton, free to guests with a great array of pools, saunas etc. The staff were absolutely lovely, allowing me to check in far too early after a long flight. Great experience. Single rooms too, which are excellent value if you're travelling alone.

Having enjoyed a stay at the Harbour Hotel in Salcombe and been impressed by the high standards there, we booked a two night stay at this one in Brighton. Sadly it is not of the same standard. …

Firstly, book directly with hotel to get free use of spa (which is excellent). Our Sea-view room(worth the extra) for view, was clean with comfortable bed. Friendly staff and great bar and lounge. …
