This was by far the best hotel experience I’ve ever had! All of the staff went above and beyond to take care of us. The building architecture is absolutely stunning, and the grounds out front are absolutely beautiful! The location is perfect right across the street from the Thames, and an underground station right around the corner. Everything is so accessible, I loved it here so much! Anytime I come back to London I will definitely be staying here and recommending this hotel to everyone I know!

The Royal Horseguards hotel, by the Thames river overlooking the London and near the Churchill rooms. It’s an excellent location to view the horse guards, the changing of the guards, Buckingham Palace, and to go shopping. It’s quite walkable distance about 2 miles to millennium bridge, to tower bridge, to Chinatown and Soho as well. The ambience of the hotel is old world money and the breakfast spread is solid!

A great place for vacations or business meetings. Comfortable, warm, bright rooms with carpeted floors. Soft bathrobes and comfortable slippers. The shower accessories are of excellent quality. The bathroom is spacious and comfortable. Underfloor heating and a warm towel holder. The room is very clean and spacious. There is a fridge, a kettle and a coffee machine. The staff is very caring and surrounded us with attention from the first minutes of arrival. We are very glad that we stayed in this place. We really enjoyed the breakfasts. There is everything you need for a delicious and full breakfast. In addition, we really enjoyed the dinners at the restaurant.

We came to the hotel once again for a lovely lunch. We chose the 3 course meal with a bottle of prosecco. The restaurant has recently undergone a renovation and looks lovely and bright. The meal was delicious and did not disappoint. Our host and server were Gonsalo and Gustavo who made us feel very welcome. We look forward to our next visit.

Sheer elegance in the heart of London. Fantastic views over the Thames - on request. Attached restaurant was very good. Great service, good food, and very modest price (bordering on very inexpensive) for central London. Spoil yourself - you will not be disappointed.

This hotel is gorgeous and the service was fantastic. The staff allowed us to drop our luggage early and held it for us until our room was ready. We were upgraded to a garden-view suite, which was beautiful. London was packed and overwhelming but as soon as we walked onto the hotel’s street, it was peaceful and quiet—like a whole other world. The place was fancy and classy. I felt like royalty.

My husband & I had a wonderful afternoon tea with sparkling wine and cannot fault it. A delicious selection of sweet treats, yummy scones with loads of clotted cream & jam and freshly made sandwiches which our kind waitress took note of no mustard or salmon. Lovely surroundings and would definitely recommend it & would also like to return again.

This hotel is in a good location and is also close to Embankment tube station. My room was fairly comfortable but had no windows. There is a limited public area in which to relax. Food in the restaurant is OK but nothing special. The bar is a bit cramped.Staff a mixture of good and bad. A few were friendly and professional but some of of them seemed to have a couldn't care less attitude and others acted aloof. The towels weren't changed in my room on one occasion. When I reported this, they didn't replace with a full complement of towels. Not enough lifts and some of them were not working, leading to long waits. An OK hotel but certainly not of five star standard. Most certainly not worth the prices charged, given the overall standards and mixed quality of service.

This is a very nice hotel. It is on a quieter side street just off the main drag. The rooms and bathrooms were large and very clean. The staff were very friendly and courteous. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Had Afternoon Tea and it was a very pleasant experience. The afternoon tea area, though relatively small was beautifully set, with high back seating for a cosy romantic feel. The food selection consisted of finger sandwiches, plain and fruit scones and accompaniments, the top tier had a selection of sweet treats. You had a choice of refillable teas or coffees, we also had a choice of cocktails or sparkling wine.My wife and I enjoyed the experience and have booked again the experience. We intend to also try the evening meal dining to see if it also meets expectation.
