Comfortable hotel with lovely staff. Ben is a gem!||The location was great, next to transit and nearby amenities like the shopping centre and good restaurant options. I enjoyed my room and the breakfast as well. Also the river walk is just outside the front door and well worth the wander.

Kenje was excellent. Friendly, personable, helped with allergies at breakfast. Excellent accomodation for a large family event; clean, spacious, comfortable rooms and friendly, attentive service. Would definitely recommend when in the area.

The Ribey was really great and cooked very well. The ambience was lovely. Andrea was very attentive and provided us with great recommendations. I'd also recommend trying the espresso cocktail as well. My family & i will definitely be returning.

Have stayed at the hotel several times. The location is fabulous and the rooms nice and clean.The disappointing feature is the restaurant pitched as a good quality venue but far from it. The food is OK but the vibe is dreadful. Had 2 very bad experiences one involved an evening where numerous conference participants spilled into the restaurant for a booze up. Felt like dining in a noisy pub. The second started well but the staff sat a family with 3 children under 7 next to me despite the fact that the restaurant was empty. Impossible to enjoy my main with a drink. Could have been in McDonalds. Never again will dine outside the hotel.

Really nice stay with my groomsmen the night before my wedding. Comfy beds, great breakfast service. A couple of minor issues, there was a big hole in the floor under the carpet in room 319. You should probably get the sorted as someone could trip over it sometime, the hairdryer did not work but was replaced on request. We booked the suite for 3 people but there were only 2 coffee mugs in the room. All in all a great stay though, set us up for a great day.
