The manager wasn't to bad but the rooms well what can I say mouldy pillows no door on toilet springs coming through mattress toilet didn't flush properly pubes in bed and around shower . Ewwwww glad it was only for a night

So location was perfect for pleasure beach, a few minutes walk. A few minutes away from McDonald's for breakfast. Comfy bed, sink in the bedroom, recently decorated (although poorly) new carpet (though 3 pieces joined together) but had a great sleep. I am sure I could pick it apart on cleanliness but that wasn't my aim. I always check under and behind the bed to make sure I haven't left anything and found a couple of pairs of other people's pants 😂 Manager came to check us in as arranged, toilet was a bit grim but you only spend a minute in there so not that big of a deal for me.

When checking in taken half hour to get someone, rooms would be great if the television was working with a remote control, when asked people keep pinching them so have spares, with my hotels experience noticed some wrappers under the bed. The location was a bit of far from Blackpool town centre, walking distance between 20 to 30 mins, unless you know the bus route 11 from Lytham or the 68 From Preston etc. The only good thing was sea view and a kettle.

Dear Anyone who wants to book this place,Please don’t book it there are better hotels in Blackpool with same price⚠️‼️.-The police was looking for the owner- rooms are terrible don’t believe the google images for the rooms because it is terrible- owner said that you shouldn’t have complains.Not good for family if any one is visiting please do not- No hot water- Really Unhygienic- No refund as well- Two different family room size it was in atic

I came to this hotel as it was one of the worst rated hotels in the UK on Google reviews. My aim was to give a good review but my only rule is I can’t lie! First off the door was locked and I was instructed to ring a number for someone to let me in. Mark I think his name was came straight away and checked me in. When checking in I seen they had an area for all the guests to chill, play pool and listen to music! Entering my room I have a bed, plug in radiator, painting of Blackpool, a chair, Tv, Kettle and a mirror what more do you need! After a night out in Blackpool with a few of the hotel guests I was able to wake up in the morning make myself a cup of coffee (provided by the hotel) and watch some television! You would think I would have a seaview if I am staying at the seaview hotel… I did! 5 stars🌟

First the location is excellent and with some investment and staff this could be a great hotel. The owner needs to invest in this forgotten hotel. The pictures are outdated.There was no staff on the premises and after an hour a cleaner arrived who let us in. The cleaner rang the Manager and we waited another hour for them to arrive. Once they arrived we were given a key for the building and our room. Our room had clean bedding had been hoovered and clean cups but our towels were wet. Two rooms below us were being cleaned so we were able to replace our towels. We stayed in the family room that had a double bed and a bunk bed. One window wouldn’t shut the other didn’t open. The door to the bathroom didn’t shut and wasn’t put on properly so you could see into the bathroom with the door closed. As a base the hotel was alright and we literally just slept in it. When you check out you leave the key in a box at the door.
