My family and I booked 4 rooms. We were very happy with our stay and all agreed we will book here again if we are back in the area. The rooms were very clean, especially the bedding (a big thumbs up there). Condiments were in our room, which was much appreciated, for that 1st brew of the day.The property felt very secure and the hosts, were absolutely lovely. The staff were also very friendly too.To my surprise, at the rear of the property there is a substantial green area, where you can pick a spot under a tree and have a quiet moment with a book.In my opinion, you get great value for your money. Thank you!

I managed to get 2 hours sleep at most thanks to the thin walls, noisy neighbours in the next room and a meeting in the car park at 3am that lasted well over 30 minutes. Impossible to work the gate in the morning and no one came out to help us. A guest had to assist us after trying to contact the owners for 20 minutes. Will not be going back.

We check in late, due to our circumsyamces.||The staff asked us to pay £20.00 without decency and explaing it as not stated in the policy, asking us while he is in our room, and rude and shouting. We paid the 20.00 anyways. …

Clean, relaxed & comfortable. Easy to access and secure parking on site. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars was because I couldn't work out how to use the induction hob.Would recommend & use again :)

Rude staff asking additional fee for our late check in, asking us while he is in our room, our privacy was violated. We paid anyway cash, NO RECEIPT.FOLLOWONG MORNING WE ARE TAKING PHOTOS FOR REVIEW, STAFF OR MALE OWNER came out shouted on us to leave the premises as we are taking photos 6 hours before our official check out.Staff needs proper hospitality training.

OK so my wife book me and my brother a hotel as we were watching GT racing at Brands Hatch, now I took a quick look at the reviews that averaged out at 3.5 stars at the time, so I thought to myself "be alright middle of the road kind of place".............. No, just no.Final greeted by someone in what you can only assume is the "reception" area. Given and key and dodgy direction to get to the room. SHARED bathrooms (not a fan), the room was knackered, and headboards weren't even attached to the bed. The mattress tried to wrap itself around me. And to cap it all didn't matter what time of day or night all you could smell was Weed! That god awful sickly smell.AVOID THIS HOTEL!

Words cannot fully express the awful experience of Ruxley Rooms. So to try and summarise, the shared bathroom door wouldn't close as it was off the hinge, the bath was full of cement dust, the curtain pole fell down when trying to close …
