Booked in for 2 nights for £255 as my Goddaughters birthday party. I drove from Northamptonshire Checked in on the Friday about 5pm. I am a blue badge holder and was not made aware there was steps into the property. …

We were staying whilst attending an event in central London on the Saturday and then sightseeing on the Sunday. ||||We arrived around 9 pm and the gentleman on reception couldn't have been more helpful dealing with check-in. …

The Premier Inn is in a great location opposite a railway station that has train through to Euston. There is also a large Sainsburys near by should you forget anything.||The staff were all really friendly. ||The room was great and we slept really well.||The breakfast was well stocked.

Bad sleep due to loud high speed trains. As hotel backs onto railway lines. The noise is loud and regular. Once the inter city high speed trains start in the morning. You can forget about getting back to sleep. …

Good place, good staff, but problems in the room. There seems to be air problems, because there was most definitely mold in the bathroom and the curtains. The sheets and the bed was clean, which is a nice safe haven from the grime. Didn't really stay in the room, closed my bags when I went out because of the aircon smell :/ got a little sniffy afterwards, but I guess you get what you pay for. Not the worst, not the best, but definitely made the spirits go down.

The welcome was not friendly. The rooms were noisy due to the train tracks nearby. They were not as clean as they should have been, and the bed was not comfortable. …

Service was terrible. Over 1/2 hour to be able to check in to the hotel! And we had to stand outside as the reception area wasn't big enough for the amount of people checking in! Thankfully it was not raining The self checking machine was not in service either! This delay nearly made us late for our concert. Some rooms weren't ready, they ran out of key cards, I ordered a twin room was given a double, fair enough not an issue but the sofa bed was not made up! I was told there was a lift in the building but when we finally got to check in asked if I could manage stairs, I said not so the room was changed! The bathroom had hair and muck and is in need of an upgrade! We had a knock on the door at 9am, and before I could answer housekeeping was trying to get onto the room! Ironic really with the state of the room when we checked in.The location is just under 3 miles from Wembley which was our reason for staying there, but I would not stay there again or recommend it to anyone. There are no vending machines for you to get food or drink, the layout is not ideal either.

In short, you get what you pay for. The rooms are a nice size with plenty of space to store your stuff and it's in a great location with easy access to the underground or overground. I found my room had this weird smell the first time day but then it eased off over time, and my room was also right next to the train tracks so any train going past was easily heard. The bed was comfy and clean but the curtains were slightly broken at the top, meaning they wouldn't close properly. I was also not provided a remote for the TV? It was no big deal but I just thought it was a little strange. There is air conditioning but it is very loud and sounds a bit faulty and also auto turns off after a while. In the bathroom, the shower head was also a little dirty which I had to clean myself using wet wipes but they provided everything else that you'd need. Also I had to Google how to use the shower as it's not labelled anywhere how to use it. All in all, decent rooms but could probably be cheaper, just be aware it's probably not going to be quiet.
