Perfect stay.Regarding the location – it's central and amazing, just a 5-minute walk from the metro, but we barely used it because it's right in the city center. The room – we booked a room with a window. The room is small, like most rooms in London, but it's very new and extremely efficient. And clean. There’s no cleaning service for 4 nights, but they change towels upon request, and we didn’t feel the need for more.As for the staff – the service we received was above and beyond. They helped us with everything, even when we didn’t ask. They always greeted us with a smile. We had an issue with the air conditioning on the first night, and they fixed it within a few minutes. The next day, they even gave us some snacks as an apology for the minor inconvenience.

1. Wilde Aparthotels, London has set new standards in meeting the needs of present day travellers. It is a departure of the old hotels at much older buildings in many parts of central London. …

Absolutely loved Wilde at Covent Garden. The Reception Team ( Stela and Kira stand out) but to be fair, every team member I came into contact with were so friendly, kind and caring. The location is brilliant and the rooms are so well thought out and planned. We will definitely return here next time we are in London. I have to assume by the seemingly genuine caring nature of the Employee’s here, that Management looks after their staff. I certainly hope so.

I think it was the most practical hotel room I've ever stayed in. I lost count of how many sockets there were in the room. Even this detail is actually enough to explain its comfort. There are many positive things to consider, such as the kitchen products, the design of the room, and the comfort of the bed. Even being able to manage everything with buttons is admirable. The location is great, the staff is friendly and helpful. It is a city hotel that I will definitely choose on my next visit.

A nice place to stay for a few days and without much luggage. We stayed one night due to a cancelled flight and it was fine. While a very efficient space, it is minimal for sure. Nice amenities, great bed, good linens and pillows and towels. The staff is wonderful.
