I stayed in many hostels in London but no other hostel can make you feel being among friends, family like this one! I like to cook and the hostel has a very nice, well equipped and tidy kitchen where those who like to socialise can come together and share meals! Unique atmosphere! Very tidy and clean rooms, bathrooms. The manager, the staff is very helpful and keep things well organised to create a safe and comfortable stay for the guests. Great location, transport, close to central London! :)

Wouldn't recommend staying here, I got bed bugs and it seemed to be a long term living place for a lot of men, something that wasn't massively comfortable for 2,18 year old girls, the storage was inadequate, facilities were limited and not in the best condition, uncomfortable beds and no doors only curtains for most rooms. It's also a decent travel into central London on the tube, making the cost of accommodation not worth it with the additional cost of transport!

The Queens Hostel is situated in a prime location, just a few minutes walk from the popular ‘Westfield Centre’ and every transport link a person could require. As for the hostel itself, it is clean, quiet and excellent value for money. The hostel is run to the highest of standards and is made to feel like a home from home. No need for myself to find another.

The hostel had a laid back and relaxed vibe. I think it was a mostly older crowd 30+ which made for a nice calm environment.

Racist staff! One of the worst hostels I've ever stayed at. The owners are rude and lack respect for their guests. I felt unsafe.

Negative reviews are clearly from people with unreasonable expectations. We paid £20ea to stay in London, we weren't expecting the Hilton with room service and full English. We got what we paid for and needed, a clean bed in a shared room, friendly staff, parking, within 5min walk of a tube station so we could get to Wembley for a gig.
