The location is really perfect. So many restaurants and pubs with walking distance. Across the street from the underground and right next to a bus stop. The rooms are very small but they have air conditioning. The size is perfect for solo travelers or couples.

OK to be fair, they advertise as small rooms and they're not lying. They are tiny. It's perfect for a 2 night stay with small travel bags. I would not want to stay there with more than one large suitcase. Nor would I wanna be a couple of large (height and weight) people. You've been warned. All that said, it's in a great location no doubt about that. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were on a day trip to London and decided (last minute) to stay there so we had no luggage. If all you need is a comfortable clean bed and clean shower then this is your place.

There was a very unpleasant smell in my room and this problem was not resolved during my 4 days stay at the hotel. Apart from the beautiful location of the hotel, the fact that the breakfast was mentioned as rich and delicious was also an important factor in my choosing this hotel, but there was no breakfast in the hotel. Also, there was no refrigerator, tea-coffee and kettle in the room

Great location, directly opposite the tube station. Rooms are small, but this is London! My only concern was at check in the automated system assigned me a room, which upon entering was clearly still in use.  …

Amazingly, Point A survived the pandemic. They saved me from a terrible air bnb while I was in London this month, I was so grateful for them. The coffees on the morning were a wonderful addition. I felt safe and was treated so well by staff. The area was wonderful (Westminster) and the room was cool! Small, but that's OK, it was just me. The cleaning staff were a bit noisy in the morning and you could hear street traffic, but it wasn't that bad. I will 100% be staying there in the future.

Our stay was just for one night but it was perfect for our needs. The rooms are very small but clean. The full size bed was good for two people. The location is very good, there’s plenty of food, bars, and shops in the area. There’s bus stops and the underground station close by. The guy who helped us at reception, Varun, was very kind. We were able to check in early without extra cost, and he gave us suggestions on things to do and see. All around such a cute hotel and a fun spot.

The room was small for a double bed. Not enough space for a married couple. Bathroom sink very small as well as the shower area. A/C was not working properly and it took 3 days after we notified the situation to get it to cool our room. Their response was quick but it seems that after 2 days of having our window opened they understood what was going on. Staff very attentive and willing to provide useful information about transportation needed to move from one place to the other.

Literally right off the subway! We arrived very early but the staff was very accommodating and held our luggage and gave us a voucher to have breakfast around the block. The location is really fun and a quick walk to whatever you'd like to see (Big Ben is about half a mile). We felt really safe in the hotel as well as the area. The room was small but it was expected in London. It had everything we needed and they really optimized the space. We loved it. We would definitely consider them again on our next trip.
