If I could give this 0 stars I would. They have a gated area to lock up your bike which sounds great apart from the fact that the hotel needs to bus you in and out. 3 separate times in 3 days they left me locked behind this barrier for 30 …

The bar and reception staff are great. Tiller and Andreja are a big bonus to this travelodge. They are both very kind and friendly nothing was too much for them. The hotel is located about 5 minutes away from the station which is perfect. I reqlly enjoyed meeting these 2 girls.

Arrived at hotel late last night, check in was easy and room easy to find. The lift straight away felt dirty. The room was cold and the heating blowing out cold air. The room was very loud as train track ran alongside hotel. …

Stayed one night. Room clean little close to railway tracks so if you are a light sleeper be sure to mention it to the staff. The staff are helpful. Breakfast is a self service buffet affair and is good for the price and very reasonable for London.

I was only there for one night so can’t comment on the food or drink, but the most important thing for me was a decent night’s sleep - and I didn’t get one. The air con screeched at whatever fan speed I set so couldn’t be used, and as the rear of the hotel overlooks railway lines, I couldn’t have the windows open either. That made for a stuffy night on a bed that gave me backache that wasn’t relieved by the low pressure shower. Convenient location but that doesn’t make up for the lack of sleep

Stay away if you have an alternative.Receptionist came knocking at my door at about midnight when I was asleep just to check my name as they had issues with check in system. Can't it wait until morning??A friend got stuck in their parking upon returning his bike. The receptionist didn't know where the button was to let him out and was shouting at me saying he'll have to wait until her co-worker comes back. It took about half an hour.Room keys stopped working every single day. When I asked reception to sort out the key I was greeted with a sigh and rolling eyes.

I booked a late checkout, mistakenly got the time mixed up...... had a very angry manager/worker knocking on my door. After an aggressive interaction I shut the door..... only for it to be slammed open again...... forgot to mention I was naked as the person had entered initally whilst I was in the shower. This worker then refused to leave...... even though I was naked. I can only think the manager either had a bad day, or wanted to express his anger on a naked customer. Either way pretty bad end to an otherwise good stay.Perhaps anger management for this manager might be appropriate.

Hotel isn’t well maintained, staff are great, rooms aren’t sound proof, a lot of noise from corridors and outside the room too. Ok for a quick stay but for the price you expect a decent night sleep. Room was clean and reasonable
