This hotel has the potential to be a solid 4-star stay, but it falls short in a few key areas. On the positive side, the staff is incredibly kind and helpful, and the price is quite affordable. Some rooms come with a small kitchenette, which is a nice touch. However, the experience is inconsistent. For example, my friend and I booked the same room type, but while their room was more spacious with a softer bed, mine was much smaller and had a firmer mattress (which I actually liked). Some rooms had unpleasant odors, while mine smelled heavily of bleach. I also wasn’t able to adjust the room temperature, which was a bit frustrating.Overall, I’d say the hotel is fine—not terrible, but not outstanding either. For the price, it’s a decent option, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

I was extremely dissastified with my recent stay at Amiox park hotwl. I feel compelled to share my experience as it was far from what was advertised and expected.Firstly, the room I booked was falsely advertised. The photos clearly showed a hob, but upon arrival, I found there was none. Additionally, the air conditioning was broken, and despite requesting a room change, I was shown three alternative rooms, all of which were dirty and had a foul smell. The staff's attitude only added to my frustration. They were unhelpful and rude, often ignoring my requests for basic amenities like towels. I had to repeatedly go down to reception for assistance, and in some cases, I had to contact Agoda to resolve issues, which was incredibly inconvenient.Overall, my experience at the hotel was very unpleasant. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone, as there are many better alternatives available.

Where to start. My stay was amazing and the room and bathrooms are massive. It was clean and the interior was modern but classic. A special thank you to reception who was smiley and very welcoming. Will definitely stay here again in the future!

After reading the reviews I was prepared for anything but was very pleased with my stay at the Axiom Park.It was perfectly positioned for the US Embassy (25mins walk or 10mins on bus direct from hotel) it's always very close to Battersea Park which is beautiful. The hotel itself had friendly staff, spacious rooms and I really appreciated the addition of the kitchenette. There are rooms in the basement without windows but this is clearly stated in their room type. I booked an Executive Studio with a comfy double bed and clean bathroomAll in all I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again for the price I paid it was an absolute bargain and suited me perfectly

Reception is fine. Room looked I like it had been halfway completed, there was loads of chips in the paint and one part still had masking tape on it. The thermostat for the heating/ AC was not working. …

Stayed here for 2 nights the rooms were big but a lot of dirty marks all over walls. Parts missing off the shower. Really bad stain on the mattress. Lift not working I have a bad knee amd had 4 flights to go up with luggage and shopping. Was told it would be fixed that night and was still broke when we left. Noone offered any assistance apart from the second night which was the lad working the night shift he was really nice. The lad on the 1st day was too interested on his phone. The stairwell was dirty and the carpets filthy. Was ment to sleep 3 people with a kitchenette but not enough crockery for 3 1 big plate and 3 side plates

Stayed 1 night for business. Awful experience starting from poor directions for parking that took 3 attempts and it wasn't even that difficult. The man on front desk watched me struggle carrying a suitcase, 3 bags and a laptop bag. No offer to help which I thought was rude. Toilet didn't flush, no cold water. Shower broken. Smelt of sewage. Heating wouldn't go off. I'm sure you can imagine the stench. Next door were having a wonderful night going off the moaning heard all night through the paper thin walls. I was almost tempted to join them to make my stay more enjoyable. Not again.

Lovely room. Good size living area and bathroom. Great to have the microwave, fridge and toaster. Staff very friendly. Rooms looked nicer than what I had seen online. Arrived at 1am so didn’t get pics of the room unfortunately. …

Rooms are relatively new but dirty/damaged. If you're a light sleeper don't stay here, I was kept awake by a banging/clanging of what sounds like a lift motor or some sort of compactor to the rear of the property. going all night.

In the middle of the night, the toilet in my room G4 started bubbling loudly, then shot out sewage, including feces, for nearly an hour. The smell was unbearable, and the bathroom was wet. The front desk was no help the next morning. …
