Reception desk was rude and we was told we need to pay £20 for parking at the actual hotels car park which was next to the room which wasn’t advertised anywhere on there booking page and was also pushed to pay this in cash. Our first room had a really strong smell which we realised was the bathroom as the entire ceiling was full of mould, we asked to move rooms which we was moved to another room which also had a strong smell but at that point it was too late to move hotels.

We booked this hotel for a couple days sight seeing in London. We checked the reviews after booking this hotel and were debating cancelling, however we decided to keep the booking as the last review was positive. …

Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Room and bathroom were very clean.|£20 car parking fee very reasonable for London, well worth it when there's permit only parking all around.|Only downside was that there were no EV charging facilities. Would like to see this rectified soon,

Nice sized room, easy to find, easy check in and out. The area isn't noisy, and close enough to the station. No food available, but a few nice cafes around and small shops

We were dreading staying here after booking on booking.com as we read the reviews on here after booking. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised! It actually was not bad at all!  …
