Location is excellent. The room was well equipped with all electrical necessities. The wet room was not so good tho, the shower water runs out the door and the tap for the sink is to far into the bowl and behind the radiator needs a good cleaning . The staff at reception were excellent and well mannered . Our room was only serviced once in the 3 nights that we stayed so that is room for improvement and clean towels should be done daily as I needed to use one to stop water from the shower entering the bedroom. Would I stay again ? Not so sure

We mostly enjoyed the hotel. The staff were nice and responsive. The location couldn't be beat. We walked along the Thames every evening. There are a couple of things that would have made our stay better. The shower gets too much of the floor wet. It seems that form was more important than function when making design decisions. It's not too late to address the shower problem. Maybe even an adjustment of the little retaining wall. The shower was also very slippery. The air gets down to 16 degrees. We were given a fan, but it could have been cooler. The room was beautiful. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed having a washer/dryer in the kitchen.

We stayed for 5 nights at Native Bankside on our first trip to London and absolutely loved it. We stayed in a studio and it was such a well appointed space with more than enough room for two. Comfy king bed, dark light blocking curtains and most importantly, incredibly quiet! I can’t remember the last time I stayed in a hotel or condo rental and didn’t hear a single thing. The area is super clean and safe with a cute little coffee shop right next door. It is a 5 min stroll from Borough Market where my husband could pick up his daily sausage roll! 8 min walk to closest tube station which meant easy airport access as well as any of London’s attractions. We were second guessing our decision to stay here before we arrived but after our trip, this is where we will stay if we go back. Take advantage of the cheaper price to stay in Southbank area….because my guess it won’t be that way for much longer! Thanks Native for the spectacular stay!

This was an excellent property in an incredible area and I would certainly stay again. Loved the washer and dryer and very well planned kitchen and wardrobe area. Comfy bed and very clean unit when we arrived. Docked one star because I made a note we were on our honeymoon and that wasn't acknowledged in any way. Were given a room looking directly into the stairwell of the opposing building so had our curtains closed the entire time as they could see into our room clearly. Kind of a shame as the property wasn't full AND I had asked for an upgrade to a one bedroom if it was available - i overheard that it was from another guest but it was never offered. Housekeeping isn't an option here so just know that if it's important to you. Overall a good experience but i would ask for a room in a different location next time.

Had such a great stay here! Stayed in a studio apartment and it was everything I needed. Clean and modern with plenty of luxury features. Easy check in process and friendly staff. Really great location, just a few steps from the Thames and round the corner from borough market. Perfectly quiet at night thanks to side street location. Walked there in under 20 minutes from Waterloo and will be staying again!

I stayed two nights at the Native Bankside location. The location is great. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Walking distance to the Shard and Borough Market. Easy access to Tower of London and boat cruises. The hotel is quietly located near the waterfront and the Globe/Tate Modern. The rooms depending on what you book are small. However very nice amenities and ambiance. Very modern and clean. Service is great. They will hold your bags for you until your room is ready in a safe secure location. They will also get you a Cab. The only down side in the room was the shower. Pressure was just okay and there is no door on the shower so it made a bit of a mess. Overall, wonderful stay and would absolutely do it again.
