Disgusting rooms, especially the bathroom, which had mold on the walls. Very nice and helpful host, who knows where he works.

I stayed at short notice as my confirmed hostel accommodation filled me. For almost the same price I enjoyed private accommodation with en suite, breakfast supplies, a warm welcome (after midnight) and excellent service throughout my stay. The building is old so don't expect glamour but if you want a clean comfortable and safe place to stay with only a few minutes walk to the tube this should suit you well, as it di for me. I'm so pleased to have stayed here instead of the hostel mixed dorm

When we arrived, staff were very firendly and asked if we smoked. We said no and we were greeted with, thats good. He then showed us the kitchen and there was a lot on offer, for breakfsst, bread, eggs, cereal, tea coffee.  …

The staff were extremely accommodating! :) ||My husband and I showed up after a long flight from the US and they not only let us check in early, but also helped us with our bags upstairs (we’re moving here, so there were a lot!) …

Stayed for 3 nights in November small room but comfortable bed, TV, heater and ensuite everything needed. The Host is so lovely always there if you needed anything. Great location right near tube station 10min into London. Supermarket 2 doors up and restaurants all around. Kitchen was great with everything to have breakfast for free or cook own meals. Would definitely stay there again.

'Came here for a few nights from Essex (upcountry). The facility is rather spartan and needs upliftment. there was no signpost to indicate the hotel at the address. …

It was my worst hotel experience. The room was on the ground floor (114), it did not have a proper window (a window to another room - a porch on the street side), the curtains were stained with a paint. It definately is not worth c. 100 euros a night.

Service was amazing. However found dirty sheets. Had blood and hair innit. But they say you get what you pay for. So it’s okay.

The most kind hotelier that I ever met. Our stay was really pleasant. The open kitchen was a nice addition. Our room was pretty nice, except it had a window without curtain and light could sneak in. Also the sound insulation was awful. But the kindness and helpfulness of the hotelier made up for it
