Exactly what we needed. We needed 1 night between flights. The rooms are extremely quiet, I didn't hear a single plane during the night.The staff helped us check in quickly when we arrived. You can use the self check in kiosk or talk to someone. Then the room had a strong and hot shower. I was able to get a full night's sleep then catch the shuttle to the airport in the morning.Nathan at breakfast was very helpful and friendly. They have a full buffet breakfast for 13.99 that really hit the spot before going to the airports. Breakfast ends right at 10:30.There's an airport shuttle that leaves 10 minutes past the hour every hour that we used to get to Heathrow Terminal 5. They recommend waiting outside 5 minutes beforehand. It costs 6.80 for a single and 13.00 for a family

We have had quite a challenging journey getting to terminal 5 and we were pleased to get to the hotel.I can honestly say what fantastic staff from checking in and then the restaurant staff exceptional. They far outweigh any other premiers I have stayed in : fast, polite , attention to detail and Alison you could tell loved his job - always smiling and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend this hotel we now feel relaxed after such great service. Keep it up team premier !

We booked for one night prior to flying out. Best premier inn I've stayed in, in terms of service.Outstanding staff. Food was really nice and once again service great. Bus stop outside runs to T5 easy, or they have shuttle bus which runs every 1 hour.We booked parking through a 3rd party company for 10 nights.When we arrived and tried to park, it was evident there wasn't enough spaces. We have a load of cases and two kids in tow also, so really not a bad start. This isn't the fault of Premier In, but the risk you take when booking 3rd party parking service.I spoke to reception and a lady behind the desk listened as I explained my situation, and said she would move her own car, to allow us to park our our car, which was hugely appreciated.I can't recall her name, but she was lovely and drove a Nissan (red I think) Staff are the face of the company and she is a credit to the Premier Inn company 100%.Thanks for a great stay

Needed a place to stay before an early flight, and despite it being cancelled, we were looked after by the staff, and the bar/restaurant area was a good place to wait things out. Room was clean and decent value, plus really quiet, so we got a good night of sleep. It's also easy enough to get to the airport via a short cab (or potentially bus?) ride.

Hotel was very convenient and clean and ticked all the boxes. The restaurant was great and food was good. Our waitress Ranjit was so lovely, friendly and helpful and made our evening special. Thank you, you are an asset to the company. Would definitely book again

Stayed for a few hours during a long connection from Terminal 5.We got there a few min before 11PM, so we made it just on time before the night menu was closing at the hotel bar.Staff were really lovely.Room was clean.Buses are available usually every 15 min to/from the hotel from Terminal 5 (5 min ride - line 423 is right in front of the hotel, 350 is a few min walk).Overall great value for money.

The staff are so friendly and helpful! The hotel is perfectly located and the restaurant is beautiful! ||The rest is as you’d expect for a premier inn. My only complaint is the family room was rather cramped with the put up bed but is not really an issue and the friendly staff out weigh that one negative!

Great hotel , stayed the night before an early flight. Easy check in, staff were friendly and helpful, gave us the buses timetable to get to the terminal. 462 bus takes you from right outside the hotel to the terminal in 5 mins, just used Apple Pay.Rooms were very clean and our room overlooked the busy road but there was no noise! Completely quiet.We ate in the restaurant for dinner , waiter was very friendly and nice, food was nice and came out quick. Great service.
