This is a great budget hotel; I have stayed there twice now and due to stay twice more this year at least. It's exactly what I want for quick trips to London in walking distance to my office, and it's a gorgeous location overall. It's on a quiet street and I was pleasantly surprised to get a good night's sleep in central London. The rest of the street has some buildings with beautiful architecture and I felt fine as a woman alone at night with a rucksack coming from Marble Arch tube. The staff I've dealt with have all been nice, and organised.Yes the rooms were decorated some decades ago, but this doesn’t bother me and it's reflected in the price. It's clean, and you can get a room with an en-suite. There is a kettle with tea and milk. No breakfast option at the hotel but there are cafés nearby so when I stay overnight I check out in the morning and have breakfast on the way to work.

I was walking around Marylebone around 11pm, looking to book the second part of my London stay. After walking around Edgeware, I realized I didn't want to stay at the Comfort Inn, so I rang Boston Court's bell. The dude answered and he offered the vacancies at the fair rate. I had a good feeling about him, didn't bother to check about what the rooms looked like. Days later when I checked in, to my delight, the room was exactly what I was expecting, barebones and simple. There was even a shower in the room. The shared bathroom is just a walk up from the room and is delightfully clean and fragrant, not what you would typically expect from a shared bathroom. Muhammed, one of the desk dudes, who introduced himself as "Muhammad Ali" (hee hee) was real chill. I had to check out early, and just dropped the key into the mailbox. At first, I was hesitant to book when I paid because OYO wasn't accepting the reservation which means I didn't have an email confirmation (they were discounting it a bit and OYO's system wasn't processing it), but Muhammed simply wrote my reservation on the credit card receipt, and had my reservation written down when I checked in days later. For the price, I was paying for location location location - turns out, Boston Court Hotel was the simplicity I was looking for. This will be my goto in Marylebone. Sometimes in life, have trust in humanity and you will be rewarded. Thanks Boston Court Hotel!

Horrendous 'hotel'. Luckily only stayed 1 night and was only staying for a quick sleep, which wasn't great. Noise from neighbours and the water system was unbearable. Non stop itched all night and morning. Hotel and room smelt very bad. No modern fittings or furnishings in sight. Unfitted, uneven and smelly dark red carpet. Dirty room. Dirty marked bedding. Just awful. Get what you pay for

Very clean, very central. No lifts for 1st or 2nd floor rooms. No holder for toothbrushes/paste. Shelves in an awkward place. But overall great value for money!

Nice staff and great location! But the room smelled so strongly of a chemical scent we woke up with headaches after the first night. It didn’t go away no matter how much we aired out the room. After the second night I woke up with several itchy bumps on my body. I can only compare it to flea bites…You can also hear everything if people talk in the rooms next door.

Filthiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at, and I’ve stayed in hundreds over the years. The bedding hadn’t been changed from previous guests and not only smelled bad but had yellow and red stains on it. There were bed bugs crawling round and bed bug traps/powder under the bed. The only toiletries provided was a small half bottle of shower gel I presume the previous occupant left. Rug in bathroom filthy. Dust and grime everywhere. Walls also filthy and stained with all manner of bodily articles. The room was high up yet the bathroom sash window was able to open fully to the big drop below. We actually managed to get a friend to bring us fresh sheets to change the bedding, revealing stains I’ll never forget on the duvets/pillows. Braved it for one night but after being bitten in several places, we decided to check out a day early in favour of somewhere much cleaner. Receptionist seemed concerned when confronted and acted surprised about the bedbugs (despite ours and my mothers room having the bed bug powder under the beds). Said he’d request a refund for us but two days later, still nothing.

The beds are infested with bedbugs. Completely, utterly disgusting, unsanitary, scary and unacceptable. Bedsheets, pillow covers, duvet are filthy, you can see hair, and blood from I don't know where. Spider webs can be seen. …

This place was beyond disgusting, all I can advise is for people to avoid this place like the plague. Though the plague was probably cleaner. The room was the most disgusting room I have ever had the misfortune of staying in. It was absolutely vile. Dirty, soiled bedding (and we actually had to buy new bedding) the worlds thinnest and most uncomfortable mattress and a thick layer of grime and dust everywhere. Our bedding had not been changed it was stained and full of hair. The glasses had cracks in them and THERE WAS BEDBUGS. Reception tried to pretend like they didn’t know about the bed bugs however there were bed bug traps beneath the bed so clearly they new the dirt and squalor they’re enforcing upon people. Absolutely disgusting, only managed one out of two nights booked. The staff are clueless and clearly aren’t bothered by the disgusting standard of the hotel. Also not sure if the windows are to a legal standard as they open fully and it’s a very long drop. Please do yourselves a favour and do not book here.

I’ve come to London several several times and stayed in so many different hotels from extremely expensive to budget friendly. Coming to OYO marble arch price wise it was very affordable and we were very shocked with how affordable it is as location wise is amazing. Hygiene wise was absolutely horrible. There were bed bugs absolutely everywhere. My family and I on our first night felt very itchy and we purchased very effective bug spray and left the room shut for a few hours for the bug spray to take effect. We even bought new bed sheets from primark for all the beds. That did absolutely nothing, we were bitten from head to toe with bites absolutely everywhere. It took a few weeks and a few visits to the doctors for us to get completely rid of the infections we had gotten from this hotel. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES GO TO THIS HOTEL! ABSOLUTELY FILTHY AND DISGUSTING. HYGIEN IS NOT THEIR TOP PRIORITY, you’re likely sleeping on an infestation of bed bugs! This hotel should seriously be shut down!!
